Research On The Practice Of Internationalization Of Higher Vocational Education In My Country

Since the reform and opening up,China's higher vocational and technical education has made leapfrog development from scratch.As a response to the needs of regional economic and social development,higher vocational education has gradually occupied half of higher education from the scale of school to the number of students.With the continuous development of the belt and road initiative,Chinese enterprises are stepping up their efforts to "go global".At the same time,Chinese enterprises are faced with many problems in their overseas development.Among them,the shortage of talents has become one of the important factors plaguing Chinese enterprises.It is particularly important to train skilled workers who know not only technology and equipment standards,but also the Chinese language and the management culture of Chinese enterprises.To this end,the ministry of education has issued a series of documents in an effort to build a development model of vocational education that is compatible with the "going global" of Chinese enterprises and products.Through training talents who are familiar with the whole chain of overseas project management,operation and maintenance in the local area,the enterprise can not only reduce the labor cost,but also acquire a talent team with local social background,so as to promote the communication between the people and accelerate the localization development of the enterprise.For colleges and universities,vocational education overseas can not only enhance the comprehensive influence of schools,but also promote the deep integration of industry and education,which is also the essential characteristics and core elements of vocational education.At the same time,overseas education has also opened up new ways for colleges and universities to recruit students and broaden the international vision for teachers and students.For the host country,the cooperation of vocational education with enterprises to go global can improve the local human resources and speed up the economic development.All in all,vocational education overseas is mutually beneficial to enterprises,institutions and host countries.This article selects Beijing industrial vocational and technical college education internationalization as practice typical cases,coordination with industry enterprise through the analysis of the overseas educational practice,sum up experience,achievements and the problems facing,and propose some suggestions and countermeasures,strive for higher vocational colleges of our country overseas educational mode and the subsequent work has practical guiding significance.
