Exploration Into The Effective Path In International Cooperation And Exchange Of Suzhou Vocational School

"One Belt,One Road",an important policy for China'sreform and opening up,under the influence of which,China's vocational education has ushered in a good opportunity for development.Specially,Suzhou vocational education,with a more open mind,deepens its existing cooperative relationships and expands new ones,and forms a multi-level,multi-form,and wide-area exchange pattern.In this environment,this paper affirms the value and significance of conducting foreign exchanges and cooperation on the development of vocational education,and also briefly introduces the current situation and the achievements of international cooperation and exchanges in Suzhou vocational education.However,in the face of economic transformation,upgrading and introduction of the relevant policies,Suzhou vocational education has expanded a lot of room for continued development and has also encountered bottlenecks in development.Experience tells us that reforms and innovations are often needed in the face of bottlenecks,and reforms need to resort to opening up.Therefore,international cooperation and exchanges can boost thebreakthrough of the bottleneck in Suzhou vocational education development.This paper explores thedevelopment law of vocational schools by combing the historical process of Suzhou vocational education development,sums up the experience of Suzhou vocational education development and the lessons drawn from it.It provides practical reference and theoretical support for the development of other related vocational education schools,and is of certain reference value.Based on the current policy of"Yangtze River Delta" regional development,this paper analyzes Suzhou's many advantages in international cooperation and exchange under the background of "Belt and Road",and draws the conclusion that Suzhou vocational education will surely usher in the greatest opportunity for development in history.However,to fully take advantage of the opportunities,there are two major challenges in exploringthe effective pathin international cooperation and exchange of Suzhou vocational education:First,from the perspective of the breadth of international exchanges and the depth of exchanges and cooperation,there are still some shortages.The main reasons behind this cover several aspects:the complexity and instability of the international pattern,the low social recognition,the shallow integration of school-enterprise cooperation,and the not satisfying level of vocational schools.The other challenge is how to change the singularity of its current international cooperation and exchange pattern,namely the"introducing" is far more than "going out."After analyzing the causes of these problems,five points are put forward for the Suzhou vocational schools to strengthen the international cooperation and exchange.The eight points can be divided into two aspects:First,take the advantage of the policy of"Yangtze River Delta" regional development to strengthen the cooperation with Shanghai's vocational education.With the help of Shanghai's rich international resources,put the efforts in exploring the multi-school-multi-enterprise cooperation mode,talent introduction and training as well as team teaching and research work.Secondly,through the group-run schooling,the cooperation between the regular and vocational high schools,the project-driven teaching evaluation system,encouraging overseas education,andstrengtheninginformation network construction to explore new modes of communication,etc.,thus to create the innovative Suzhou's international cooperation and exchange model for the vocational education.
