Research On Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Public Health Service Project In Changchun City

Object:To understand the state of implementation of basic public health service projects in 10 community health service centers in 5 districts of Changchun City,analysis of the results achieved,Identify existing problems and shortcomings,provide suggestions for the continuous improvement of basic public health service projects in Changchun City,promote the development of basic public service projects in the community.Method: This article uses literature collection methods,questionnaire survey methods,discussion methods,and other research methods.through the collection of documents to understand the national basic public health services related policies.according to the purpose of the research and questionnaires,10 community health service centers,service population and other basic conditions,personnel distribution and composition,project service capabilities,completion status,and residents perceptions,utilization and satisfaction of the project were investigated.outline conduct an on-site interview with the basic public health service staff and listen to the opinions and suggestions of relevant personnel.used excel to build a database,the resulting data is tabulated,and a descriptive analysis is performed according to the table.based on the current status of implementation of the basic public health service projects in the community health service centers at the current stage,conclusions are drawn and feasibility proposals are proposed.Results:1.Basic situation of Community Health S ervice CenterAn average of 1 community health service center in Changchun serves 54,000 people,and the average service area per person is 1.6 square meters.The number of community health service centers can basically meet the per capita level and can ensure residents receive various health service items.2.Community Health Service Center staffThe number of general practitioners and public health doctors is small,the proportion of part-time workers is high,and the workload is relatively large.Personnel have lower academic qualifications and fewer senior titles.3.Community Health Service Center ProjectMost of the basic public health service projects completed well,especially in the establishment of health records and children's vaccination business,but the degree of completion is high.However,the health management of Chinese medicine and the health management of the elderly need to be further refined to improve the completion rate.Family doctors need to increase their coverage as soon as possible.4.Basic situation of residentsA total of 908 people were surveyed,of whom 435 were males and 473 were females.They were residents of local residents,40-59 years old,and above junior high school,they were mainly medical insurance residents.5.Residents' knowledge,use and satisfaction of basic public health services projects.Most residents can understand basic public health services,but there are still some people who do not understand or know it.Residents have relatively single use of community health service centers and do not fully understand and use the medical care functions in community health services.Residents are generally satisfied with the basic public health service projects in the community,but there is still room for improvement,im provement and improvement,providing better health services for residents,and better service and effectiveness of the basic public health service projects of community health service centers better.6.Interview situationThe person-in-charge of the community health service center and the medical staff said that they can carry out targeted and targeted work under the guidance of the work of the higher health administrative department.However,the workload of medical staff is relatively large and complex,a nd some doctors' positions are relatively scarce.The degree of cooperation of some residents when the project is launched is relatively low.The personnel and experts of the superior health administrative department stated that community health service ce nters that improve grassroots service capabilities should vigorously promote family doctor signing services and Chinese medicine service capabilities in order to better manage child and maternal and elderly management services.improve service capabilities,ensure medical quality and safety,and improve the service environment and residents' experience in order to improve the overall level of public health services in Changchun City.Conclusions:The implementation of the basic community health service project in Changchun has so far formed a system and further deepened its development.judging from the overall implementation,the implementation status of each project is good,but there are still some unfavorable factors that interfere with its continuous improvement,such as insufficient funds and differences in personnel structure,service capacity needs to be improved,residents cognition,awareness needs to be raised,etc.Issues related to these issues should be achieved through rational budgeting,coordina tion of the structure of medical personnel,strengthening of supervision by higher-level departments,extensive publicity,and promotion of residents availability to better promote Changchun City The rapid development of basic public
