Part One:The clinical observation of the prevention and control of the external treatment of Chinese medicine for the juvenile low and middle myopiaObjective:To observe the effect of ultrasonic atomization(conjunctiva Ⅳ)combined with auricular point pressing on the development of myopia in adolescents with low and moderate myopia.Methods:200 young people with low to moderate myopia who were admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.100 eyes in 200 cases in the treatment group(9 eyes lost,18 eyes,9%fall off ratio),44 men(88 eyes),56 women(112 eyes),average age 9.33 years old;200 eyes in the control group 100 eyes,47 males(94 eyes)and 53 females(106 eyes),with an average age of 9.13 years old.Both groups underwent LogMar visual acuity examination.The length of the eye axis was checked after mydriatic optometry according to the inclusion criteria.Liver Jianmu triple treatment,patients in the control group will not be treated except for clinical observation.Observe and compare the changes of vision,diopter and eye axis between the two groups.1)Medicinal fumigation method:the conjunctiva Ⅳ is heated with warm water for 10 minutes,then 20ml is drawn into the atomizer container(nebulizer model:Yuehua ultrasonic atomizer Wh-2000),and the plastic nozzle is connected with the atomized screw tube to spray The mouth is facing the patient’s eyes,the patient opens the eyes,and the eyes are treated alternately.The ultrasonic waves make the medical liquid form atomized molecules to reach the bulbar conjunctiva and cornea.After the atomization,dry the eyelid with a clean paper towel.2)Ear acupuncture trowel Use a shovel needle to press the ear points:eyes,eyes 1,eyes 2,liver,kidney,Shenmen,sympathy3)Traditional Chinese medicine eye patch:Wash the face with clean water before use and keep it in a lying position.Take out the traditional Chinese medicine eye patch,close your eyes and place the eye patch on the eyelid.After 15 minutes,remove the eye patch and use a clean paper towel or Towel to clean face.There are 2 courses of treatment:1.Intensive treatment period:lasting 2 weeks,using a shovel needle to press the ear acupoints once a week,and maintaining it for 4 days,daily use conjunctival No.Ⅳ hot smoke and Chinese eye patch.2.Continuous treatment period:for a total of 1 year,use a shovel needle to press the ear acupuncture once a week and keep it for 4 days.Use Monday,Wednesday,and Friday at 20:00.Use Conjunctival No.Ⅳ to heat the smoke once,Tuesday,Thursday,Six use Chinese medicine eye patch.Results:1.The patients in the treatment group had an average increase in refractive power of 0.52D after the 1.5-year trial,and the patients in the control group had an average increase of 0.92D after the 1.5-year trial;the patients in the treatment group had an increase in diopters less than the control group;2.The patients in the treatment group had an average axis growth of 0.21 mm after the 1.5-year trial,and the patients in the control group had an average growth of 0.51 mm after the 1.5-year trial.3.The visual acuity of patients in the treatment group decreased by 0.07 after the 1.5-year trial,and the visual acuity of the control group decreased by 0.16 after the 1.5-year trial,and the visual acuity of the treatment group was less than that of the control groupConclusion:Intervention of the triple method of softening liver and improving eyesight can partially delay the development of myopia in adolescents with low to moderate myopia.Conclusion:Chinese herbal fumigation(conjunctiva Ⅳ)combined with auricular point pressing has a certain effect on delaying juvenile low myopia.Part two:The effect of conjunctival formula Ⅳ on sclera morphology of guinea pigs with moderate myopia form deprivationObjective:The morphological study of conjunctival Ⅳ on the model of low to moderate myopia in guinea pigsMethods:There are 30 2-week-old Linghua guinea pigs randomly divided into three groups:treatment group,model group and control group.After 1 week of feeding,the right eyes of 20 guinea pigs in model group and Chinese medicine intervention group were sutured to establish FDM model.The left eye was self-control and was not treated.The control group was given normal saline daily,the intervention group was given 10g/kg traditional Chinese medicine decoction daily,and the model group was given the same dose of normal saline.Six weeks after the establishment of the model,three groups of guinea pigs were examined for optometry and axial measurement.All guinea pigs were killed after anesthesia.Bilateral eyeball sections were removed and stained with he.The sclera was observed under 40 times of optical microscope.Results:Both the model group and the Chinese medicine intervention group were successful.The sclera thickness of guinea
