Based On Data Mining, To Explore Professor Lu Bingjiu's Experience In Treating Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease By Warming Yang And Transforming Qi

Purpose:Using data mining methods,to explore the law of Professor Lu Bingjiu’s medication for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,combined with clinical insights,to summarize and inherit Professor Lu Bingjiu’s academic thought of treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with the method of Warming yang to transform Qi.Provide new ideas for future Chinese medicine treatment of NAFLD Material and Method:A total of 200 non-alcoholic fatty liver patients who were treated in the liver disease clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and treated by Professor Lu Bingjiu were collected,and modern statistical methods such as frequency analysis,apriori correlation analysis,and cluster analysis were used to summarize the patient’s incidence,symptom distribution,disease severity,traditional Chinese medicine’s taste and efficacy classification,sorting out the correlation between drugs and high-frequency drug clustering,and summarize Professor Lu Bingjiu’s experience in identifying and treating this disease.Results:A total of 200 first-line prescriptions of NAFLD patients were collected this time,using 150 kinds of Chinese medicine,involving 3032 times of using medicine,with an average of 15.16 flavors of Chinese medicine.1.It is found that the incidence of males is slightly higher than that of females.The male to female ratio is 1.38: 1.The age of onset is 30-39 years old,and the average age of disease is 44.81 years.Among the 200 patients in this study,64 had abnormal liver function,and most of them had elevated ALT.The abnormality of ALT and GGT was equivalent,which was 2-3 times the upper limit of normal.The results of patients’ age distribution and degree of fatty liver showed that young patients had more moderate fatty liver,middle-aged patients mostly had mild fatty liver and the proportion of moderate fatty liver gradually increased with age.In terms of the distribution of symptoms,fatigue accounted for 50% of the total,and the distribution of tongue and pulse was mainly pale tongue,tooth-marked tongue,white and greasyfur and deep pulse.In terms of medication,Professor Lu Bingjiu mainly selected reinforcing drugs(22.01%),followed by damp-clearing drugs(15.6%)and aromatic damp-resolving drugs(11.54%).In terms of medicinal properties,warm drugs are the most(44.36%)and in terms of medicinal taste,sweet(33.85%)and acrid(25.18%)are the most.In the use of drugs related to Warming yang to transform Qi method,Atractylodes(18.85%),Poria(18.13%),Cassia Twig(13.21%),and Alismatis Rhizoma(13.09%)are mainly used.2.Through drug correlation analysis,it can be seen that Professor Lu Bingjiu’s drug combination for treating NAFLD is white cardamom + Alismatis Rhizoma + Cassia Twig → Astragalus membranaceus,Monacolin + Alismatis Rhizoma + Cassia Twig→ Astragalus membranaceus,Paeonia Lactiflora + Astragalus membranaceus + Poria→ Cassia Twig,Alismatis Rhizoma + Cassia Twig + Atractylodis Rhizoma →Astragalus membranaceus,Paeonia Lactiflora + Astragalus membranaceus +Atractylodis Rhizoma → Cassia Twig,Eupatorii herba + Atractylodis Rhizoma →White Cardamom,Psyllium + Alismatis Rhizoma + Cassia Twig → Astragalus membranaceus,Arecae Pericarpium + Poria + Atractylodis Rhizoma → Alismatis Rhizoma and Hawthorn+ Astragalus membranaceus + Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium→ Alismatis Rhizoma,etc.3.Through cluster analysis,three types of Professor Lu Bingjiu’s identification and treatment of NAFLD high-frequency medication clusters were obtained: the first category: Cassia Twig,Astragalus membranaceus,Arecae Pericarpium,Alismatis Rhizoma,Hawthorn;the second category: Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Atractylodis Rhizoma,Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Plantago;the third category:Angelica Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Paeonia Lactiflora,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Bupleuri Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Pseudostellariae Radix.Conclusion:1.There is a certain correlation between the degree of fatty liver and age,and young patients are often more severe.2.Warming yang to transform Qi method is the main treatment of NAFLD by Professor Lu Bingjiu,and his prescriptions are mostly followed by Zhong Jing’s idea of "sick sputum drinkers should be treated with warm drugs",and Wuling powder and Linggui zhugan decoction Equal prescription based.3.According to Professor Lu Bingjiu’s medication experience,NAFLD mainly affects the function of the spleen,and spleen deficiency is caused by qi and blood stagnation blocking the liver,the kidney invasion over time.4.Professor Lu Bingjiu’s treatment of NAFLD is based on "Warming yang to transform Qi,synchronizing Qi,Blood,and sputum" as the main method.There are 3kinds of commonly used drugs in clinic,and they can be flexibly used in different syndromes according to their academic ideas.
