Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture On The Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (chronic Pelvic Pain)

Purpose:By evaluating the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(chronic pelvic pain),we hope to provide a TCM characteristic treatment scheme for the clinical,in order to reduce the impact of chronic pain on patients.Methods:The subjects of this study were all from the Department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.The subjects who met the criteria were included in the study.A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and experimental group(n = 30).In the control group,ibuprofen sustained-release capsule(fenbide)was orally taken 10 days before menstruation,once a day,once a time(0.3g),for 10 days.One menstrual cycle is a course of treatment,three courses of continuous treatment;the experimental group received acupuncture treatment(Guanyuan,Zhongji,Shuidao,Huihui,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli)10 days before menstruation,once a day,30 minutes each time,for 10 days continuously,and at the same time,ibuprofen sustained-release capsule(fenbide)was orally taken,the usage and dosage were the same as the control group,three courses of continuous treatment.After treatment,observe the changes of VAS score and local physical signs score of abdominal pain in the two groups,and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(chronic pelvic pain).Results: 1.General data comparison: There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease,abdominal VAS score and local physical sign score(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of safety indicators: there was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment period.The vital signs and liver and kidney function were monitored before and after the treatment,and no abnormality was found.3.Observation index comparison: the treatment group and the control group in the abdominal VAS score,the total score of TCM syndrome,the effect comparison within the group(P < 0.05),the difference is statistically significant,indicating that both groups have curative effect after treatment.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(chronic pelvic pain)has a significant effect,in the improvement of abdominal pain,local signs and other aspects have a significant effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
