Objective: This study observed the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at s elected points combined with hercules’ pecking and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae based on the theory of drawing yang from yin,and explored t he effective treatment methods for chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,so as to provide new ideas for the trea tment of this disease with acupuncture. Methods: A total of 90 patients with chronic pelvic pain from sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease who met the inclusion criteria were sele cted as the study objects, using random number table method, the patie nts were divided into 1 observation group,2 observation groups and 30 control groups.Observation 1 group was treated with yang-yin acupunctu re combined with hercules birds pecking moxibustion(biological inform ation infrared therapy instrument);2 group was treated with ordinary po int acupuncturecombined with hercules birds pecking moxibustion;the c ontrol group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets metroni dazole tablets omeprazole enteric capsule. All three groups began treatm ent 3 days after each menstrual cycle, once a day,10 consecutive treat ments for a course of treatment. Each menstrual cycle was treated forone course of treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated after 3 menstru al cycles.VASscore,Chinese medicine symptom score, local signs scor e,comprehensive score, etc.were used as the observation index to obse rve the same period. The efficacy was evaluated with follow-up 1 month after the firstday of treatment before treatment, and adverse events were recorded during the study.Statistical software SPSS was used for statist ical analysis of the collected data to compare the differences in the effi cacy of thethree groups.Results:1.Prior treatment: VAS scores of pain in the age and course o f the three groups were compared with each other in terms of Chinese medicine symptom scores, local signs scores and comprehensive scores. The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.After the t reatment:(1)Comparison of Chinese medicine symptom score, local sign score and comprehensive score of VAS score: After the course of treat ment, all P<0.05 was compared with the three groups before the treatm ent,and the difference was statistically significant.P<0.05 was compare d between the three groups, and the difference was statistically significa nt.There was no statistical difference between the observation group 1and the observation group 2 in all four indicators,P>0.05.Observation1 group and control group in four indicators in all P<0.05,there is a s tatistical difference. The comparison of the comprehensive score of pain VAS score between the two groups and the control group showed a sta tistical difference of P<0.05.Observation 2 groups and control group in the Chinese medicine symptom integral local signs integral comparison P>0.05,no statistical difference.(2)Comprehensive efficacy comparison:The total effective rate was 90.00% in group 1,86.67% in group 2 an d 66.67% in control group.Pairwise comparison by the rank sum test s howed that the comparison between the observation group 1 and the observation group 2 showed no statistical difference at P>0.05.Observatio n group 1 observation group 2 were compared with the control group P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.One month after t he treatment:(1)Comparison of Chinese medicine symptom score, local sign score and comprehensive score of VAS score:Comparison among t he three groups: observation group 1 P<0.05 after 1 month of treatment compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significa nt.P>0.05 after 1 month of treatment and after treatment showed no si gnificant difference. To observe the comparison of P<0.05 between the two groups one month after the course of treatment and one month aft er the course of treatment and after the treatment, the difference was st atistically significant.Comparison between the three groups: observation group 1 and the control group all P<0.05 in the comparison of four in dicators, there was a statistical difference observation group 2 and the c ontrol group all P<0.05 in the comparison of four indicators, there was a statistical difference. The comparison of Chinese medicine symptom s core in VAS score between the observation group 1 and the observatio n group 2 was all P<0.05,showing statistical difference. There was no significant difference between observation group 1 and observation grou p 2 in the scores of local signs of P>0.05.(2)Comprehensive efficacy c omparison: The total effective rate was 90.00% in group 1,73.33% in group 2 and 46.67% in group control.By rank sum test, comparison b etween observation group 1 and observation group 2 comparison betwee n observation group 1 and control group comparison between observatio n group 2 and control group P<0.05,the difference was statistically sig nificantConclusion: 1.The three treatment methods all had certain analgesic ef fect on chronic pelvic pain of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, but the analgesic effect of observation group 1 was better.2.All the thr ee treatment methods could reduce the local signs and comprehensive s cores of Chinese medicine symptoms and VAS in patients with chronic pelvic pain with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, and the score of observation group was the lowest.3.The short-term curative effect of observation group 1 and observation group 2 was better than that of co ntrol group, but observation group 1 had the best clinical curative effec t and stable short-term curative effect.4.Based on the theory of Yang t o Yin selection of acupuncture points combined with hercules pecking moxibustion in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae ch ronic pelvic pain has a definite clinical effect, which is worthy of clini cal application. |
