| Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of cabernet in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 cases of gestational hypertension cesarean section were selected as the research subjects, according to the random digital table method, were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).Patients in the control group were given oxytocin treatment, patients in observation group were treated with carbetocin combined with oxytocin.Blood loss of 2 h and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage, the case number of postpartum hemorrhage, the weight of the newborn, the neonatal asphyxia and the adverse drug reaction rate, postpartum 24 h Hb decline, third stage of labor and amniotic fluid characteristics were compared. Results The blood loss of 2 h,24 h postpartum hemorrhage, the number of postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The decrease of 24 h Hb in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the duration of labor in the third group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there were no significant difference in 1 min Apgar score, the weight of the newborn, and amniotic fluid(P>0.05).The adverse drug reaction rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Carbetocin induced hypertension during pregnancy can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section, has high safety, and certain clinical value. |
