Development And Reliability And Validity Evaluation Of PRO Scale For Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

Purpose:With reference to the international scale manufacturing process and the ac tual situation,a PRO scale for patients with lumbar disc herniation in Chi nese hospitals was developed and tested for reliability and validity.It pro vides an effective tool for evaluating the clinical nursing effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation after TCM nursing intervention.Material and method:According to the Chinese medicine's understanding of lumbar disc herniation,and under the guidance of dialectical nursing theory,combined with the content of the scale,the theoretical system of lumbar disc herniation scale was constructed.Using a large amount of literature information consulted,confirm the five dimensions of the scale,and form an entry pool through expert group discussions.The second round of Dlphi expert consultation method comprehensively analyzes the entry pool,deletes,revises,and determines the final entry.The team members write Form a preliminary scale,and complete the item based on the survey results;conduct a clinical survey at a third-class Chinese medicine hospital in Liaoning Province,recover 70 patient scales,and perform discrete trends,Cronbach coefficients,and factors on the scale data recovered Various statistical analysis such as analysis,finally selected 7 items to form a formal scale.The formal scale was used to survey 300 patients withlumbar disc herniation,and the formal scale was scientifically evaluated for feasibility,reliability,validity,and responsiveness.Results:The "PRO scale for patients with lumbar disc herniation" was designed a nd formed,and the scale contains 7 items in total.The data of 370 cases were analyzed,and the results showed that the completion time of the s cale was reasonable,the response rate was high,and the clinical feasibility was strong.Kronbach coefficient of the scale: 0.891 for the whole scale;The correlation coefficient and factor analysis were used to evaluate the validity.Factor analysis extracted a common factor,and the cumulative co ntribution rate of variance was 60.773%,indicating that the contents repre sented were basically consistent with the theoretical framework of the scal e.At the same time,each item can respond effectively to the patients wit h lumbar disc herniation before and after the implementation of TCM nur sing measures.The above information indicates that the scale has good re liability,validity and reactivity.Conclusion:This study developed to evaluate the effect of TCM nursing in patients w ith lumbar disc prolapse PRO scale "" lumbar intervertebral disc protrusio n,comprehensive using a variety of methods to scientific assessment,the results show that the scale has strong feasibility,and has good reliability,validity and reaction degree,patients nursing effect assessment of traditional Chinese medicine can be used for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.As the survey samples are all from liaoning province,it is necessary to further collect data nationwide and further modify and improve the scale so that it can be popularized nationwide.
