| Purpose:In this study,based on the collection of TCM compound literatures on TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy from January 1,2010 to December 31,2019 in Chinese databases such as China Biomedical Literature System(CBM),China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Medical Network and VIP,etc.,Excel,SPSS 26.0 and other software were used to statistically process the drugs used in the literatures,and on this basis,the medication laws of TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy in the past 10 years were summarized,providing reference basis for guiding clinical selection of drugs.Materials and methods:Through collecting the literature about the obvious curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chinese periodical database from January 1,2010 to December 31,2019,the database was established by Microsoft Excel software.Taking single Chinese medicine as variable,the value assigned by the traditional Chinese medicine appearing in the compound prescription is 1,and the value assigned by the traditional Chinese medicine appearing in the compound prescription is 0.Statistical analysis was made on the types,properties,tastes and Meridian tropisms of all drugs in each compound prescription,and the order was made according to the frequency and frequency of occurrence of each traditional Chinese medicine from high to low,in addition,the single Chinese herbs which appeared more than 30 times in each compound were included in the statistical software SPSS26.0 for systematic cluster analysis,the high-frequency drugs were analyzed,and the compatibility law and significance of the same cluster drugs were discussed.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,243 papers were selected,among which 224 Chinese herbs were involved and the total frequency was 2820.Among them,64 herbs were used more than 8 times,the cumulative frequency was 2446 times,accounting for 86.74% of the total use frequency.They were commonly used drugs for treating DKD.30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine which were used more than 30 times,accounting for 65.57% ofthe total use frequency,were summarized as the core drugs to treat this disease.The liver Meridian was the most frequently channeled channel of all drugs,the total frequency was 120 times,accounting for 22.06% of the total channeled channel,the rest were kidney Meridian,spleen Meridian,lung Meridian,stomach Meridian,less drugs were channeled into heart Meridian,bladder Meridian and large intestine Meridian.Cold Medicine(79 times)was the most frequently used drug,and sweet medicine was the main drug.According to the classification of drugs,the most frequently used drugs were tonifying drugs,the cumulative frequency of use was 1021,accounting for 36.21% of the total frequency.Conclusion:1.The core drugs most commonly used by modern doctors to treat diabetic nephropathy are:30 aspirin drugs such as astragalus,yam,poria,cornel,and salvia.2.Among the medicines used by modern doctors to treat DKD,the meridian is mainly based on entering the liver meridian,the medicinal properties are mainly cold drugs,and the taste is mainly sweet medicine.In terms of drug classification,the use of supplementary deficiency medicines is the most frequent,and the Spleen-invigorating drugs are most commonly used.3.Modern doctors treat the disease from the aspects of deficiency of qi and yin,blood stasis,and dampness of water and dampness.Therefore,the core drugs commonly used in the treatment of DKD in this study are tonic deficiency drugs,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,clearing heat drugs,and diuresis Wet medicine,its treatment is consistent with the pathogenesis of DKD.4.Systematic cluster analysis of 30 core drugs through PSS 26.0 statistical software,and 6clusters of DKD treatment groups and 5 groups of common drug pairs were analyzed.The principles of the prescriptions were analyzed and found to be consistent with the incidence of this disease mechanism. |
