Objective: To observe the clinical effect of facial acupoints four-way shallow prick in the treatment of acute Bell facial paralysis.Methods:A total of 58 patients with acute Bell facial paralysis who met the inclusion criteria were selected,which were divided into treatment group and control group 29 cases each.Treatment group on the basis of TDP therapy instrument,oral methylcobalamin dispersible tablets on the basis of facial acupoints four-way shallow acupuncture treatment,control group on the basis of TDP therapy instrument,oral methylcobalamin dispersible tablets on the basis of routine acupuncture treatment,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.The patients in the two groups were evaluated with facial nerve function House-Brackmann(H-B)score and FDI score before and after treatment,and the data were collated and statistically analyzed.Result:1.comparison of facial nerve function House-Brackmann(H-B)score: the scores of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.FDI score comparison: the two groups were evaluated with FDI score after treatment for somatic function(FDIP)and social function(FDIS)(0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.3.Efficacy: total effective rate in the treatment group after treatment :93%,total effective rate in the control group :82%.By statistical analysis,the difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery rate of the treatment group was 72%,the control group was 51%,and the comparison(P<0.01)showed that the curativeeffect and the recovery rate of the treatment group were better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The treatment of facial facial facial facial paralysis with facial acupoints with four-way superficial prick is positive,which can effectively help facial expression muscle recovery,and acupuncture is safe,green and effective. |
