| Objective:To explore the effect of the Rolling manipulation combined with PNF stretching technique on college students with cervical cervical spondylosis, shoulder and neck pain, cervical joint mobility and maximum isometric muscle strength. Methods:In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into three groups according to the random number table method: Rolling manipulation combined with PNF stretching group,Rolling manipulation group,PNF stretching group,20 cases in each group, and were given corresponding treatments respectively, treatment once a day, consecutive 5 The course is a course of treatment,a total of a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, each patient recorded a visual analogue scale(VAS),Cervical Range of Motiona(CROM)(left flexion, right flexion, extension)and maximum isometric muscle strength(left flexion, right Lateral flexion, forward flexion, backward extension),establish a database, use SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis, and finally reach a conclusion.Results:1.Total score of VAS:After treatment, the VAS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).2.Cervical Range of Motion(Left flexion, right flexion, backward extension):(1)Left flexion, right flexion:After treatment, the degree of motion of the left and right flexion joints of the cervical spine in the three groups increased compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the Rolling manipulation group and the PNF stretching group, the Rolling manipulation combined with the PNF stretching group improved More obvious, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Backward extension:After treatment, the degree of motion of the cervical extension joints of the three groups increased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Maximum isometric muscle strength(left flexion, right flexion, forwardflexion, backward extension):(1)Left flexion, right flexion:After treatment, the maximum isometric muscle strength of the left and right sides of the cervical spine of the three groups increased compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01 or P <0.05),compared with the Rolling manipulation group and PNFstretching group In combination with the PNF stretching group, the increase was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)Forward flexion, backward extension: After treatment, the maximum isometric muscle strength of the three groups of cervical flexion and forward extension did not change significantly compared with the front, and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.The Rolling manipulation combined with the PNF stretching technique has a significant effect on improving the degree of motion of the left and right flexion joints and the maximum isometric muscle strength of the cervical spondylosis with limited lateral flexion in college students.2.Rolling manipulation combined with the PNF stretching technique has no obvious advantage in improving lateral flexion function of college students with cervical cervical spondylosis due to neck and shoulder pain, maximum flexion and maximum isometric muscle strength.3.The Rolling manipulation combined with PNF stretching technology is a combination of traditional massage manipulation and modern rehabilitation treatment technology, which is worthy of further clinical promotion in the future. |
