Objective:To study perimenopausal syndrome of infrared thermal imaging image features;combining healthy young women and women with perimenopausal syndrome without clinical symptoms,to summarize and clarify the female features of infrared thermal imaging for the diagnosis of perimenopausal syndrome,to provide a visual basis for perimenopausal syndrome,and to provide a new way for early prevention and treatment.Methods:From March 2017 to December 2017,180 samples were selected to set Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine the First Affiliated Hospital of Department of Gynaecology Clinic and Health Physical Examination Center.Among the 180,30 eases of healthy young women were selected seperately,and through questionnaires from 30 cases around early asymptomatic women menopause syndrome and syndrome belong to kidney Yang deficiency type,kidney Yin deficiency tye,kidney Yin deficiency,heart kidney not pay around women menopause syndrome,each 30 cases;the basic information of the research objects and the objects’ area before the heart,stomach,back zone temperature and thermal infrared image were collected;through the single factor analysis of variance and correlation analysis,to carry on a research on early menopause syndrome of infrared thermal imaging image characteristics.Results:(1)There was a statistically significant difference between the three focal heat values of the asymptomatic group in the perimenopausal group(P<0.001).;Perimenopausal asymptomatic group had a lower DH value than the young group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);Perimenopausal asymptomatic group had a higher venous heat value than the young group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);perimenopausal asymptomatic group had higher caloric value in the chest region than in the young group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the perimenopausal asymptomatic group had higher caloric value in the virtual area than the young group,and the data was statistically significant.Significant differences(P<0.05);Perimenopausal asymptomatic group had higher caloric value in the left and right threat regions than in the young group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);there is no significant difference on the calorific values of two groups of subjects in the stomach,waist,lower abdomen,left lower abdomen and other parts.(2)The coke caloric value of the heart-kidney-non-cross-batch group was significantly higher than that of other groups,and the data had statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the liver-kidney-yin deficiency group had significantly higher coke heat value than other groups,and the data had statistically significant differences(P<0.05);Kidney Yin deficiency group Du Meridian calorific value was significantly higher than other groups,the data has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The calorific value of the virtual group was significantly lower than that of the other groups,and the data had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The liver and kidney yin deficiency group and the heart and kidney non-delivery group had deviated heat from the fulcrum,and the other groups had cool deviation and thermal deviation.There was a statistically significant difference in the data of cool deviation(P<0.05),and the caloric value of chest and phlegm in the liver-kidney yin deficiency group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05);The caloric value was significantly higher than other groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The caloric value of the right calorie was significantly higher in the liver-kidney yin deficiency group than in the other groups,and the data was statistically significant(P<0.05);Difference in caloric value between patients with different syndromes of left flank was not statistically significant;Belly large heating value was significantly lower than other deficiency syndromes,having statistically significant difference in comparison of the data(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The female infrared thermal images of the youth group were characterized by the steady distribution of cold and heat and the balance of Yin and Yang.2.In the perimenopause asymptomatic group,the infrared thermal images of the women were mainly characterized by the local thermal disturbance and the continuous difference of the supervisors thermal value.3.In the perimenopause heart and kidney female group,there was a significant thermal deviation in the infrared thermal image,and the continuous difference in the heat map of the gate was the main characteristic.4.The female infrared thermal images of the perimenopausal liver and kidney Yin deficiency group were mainly characterized by the flank rib area and the pulse and tubule thermal deviation.5.The infrared thermal image of the perimenopausal kidney Yin deficiency was mainly characterized by the anomalous thermal deviation of the tuber.6.The infrared thermal image of the perimenopausal kidney Yang deficiency is characterized by the obvious decrease of the heat value of the body,the low temperature of the tuber and the discontinuous heat map.7.The diagnosis of perimenopausal syndrome by infrared thermography can be used as a clinical dialectical basis,and it has the signiflcance of auxiliary diagnosis.
