Distinguishing The Sting Well Combined With The Sanjiao Triple Energizer Acupuncture Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

ObjectiveObservation of distinguishing the sting well combined with the clinical efficacy of "in the acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia, and form optimization scheme,provide better clinical treatment.Methods Selection into the standard of 90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,medicine group, the traditional acupuncture group and distinguishing the sting well combined with the sanjiao(triple energizer) acupuncture group(hereinafter referred to as the optimized group), 30 cases for each group, the three groups were given clinical routine treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Oral drug group nim horizon treatment,the traditional acupuncture group was treated with traditional body acupuncture, and optimize group adopts the well hole and the sanjiao(triple energizer) acupuncture treatment. Treatment 1 times a day, six times to 1 treatment course, only one day off on Sunday, eight treatment procedures, through the groups and between groups before and after the treatment ability of daily life(ADL), simple intelligence scale(MMSE),dementia core symptom scores were assessed, and objectively evaluate the clinical effect by the results.Results Three groups were compared after treatment MMSE, ADL and TCM syndrome integral, optimization, traditional acupuncture group and drug group has a very significant difference, P < 0.01, and optimize the group and the traditional acupuncture group on the MMSE and ADL have obvious difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Three groups all can improve cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia,daily life ability and core symptom scores, dementia have exact clinical curative effect;Optimized group than other groups in their daily life ability, especially on cognitive function.
