| Objective:To evaluate the lipid- regulating effect,the safety of the Hawthorn Jiangzhi pill and the clinical efficacy for some patients with the coronary heart disease or the high blood pressure patients,through the clinical observation of the treatment of the patients with the phlegm-blood-stasis syndrome of hyperlipidemia with Hawthorn Jiangzhi pill.Methods:131 cases of patients consistent with the standard of with the phlegm-blood-stasis syndrome of hyperlipidemia were divided randomly into treatment group and Controlled group,according to the ratio of 5:2,and obsersed for clinical trials with 4 weeks.95 cases of the treatment group were given Hawthorn Jiangzhi pill 2 pills,tid,po;36 cases of the Controlled group were given Xuezhikang capsule 2 grains,bid po.patients With the coronary heart disease or the hypertension keep the ordinary drugs of Antihypertensive or the treatment of coronary heart disease drugs,it' s the prohibition of taking medication which be an impact on blood lipids and the use of other drugs affect the blood lipid measures during the observation. To observe the change of TC,LDL-C,TG,HDL-C and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome between pretreatment and posttreatment.Results:1 Comparison of efficacy of TCM:the total efficiency of treatment group in treating TCM was 81.1%,the controlled group was 77.8%,throughχ~2 test there was a very significant difference between them(P＜0.01).The difference between pretreatment and p0sttreatment of TCM Syndrome of both groups was significant(P＜0.01),Comparison of two groups with significant difference (P＜0.05);in the Aspects of improving TCM symptoms the treatment group was superior to the control group.It's significant difference between pretreatment and posttreatment of alleviating symptoms in patients with chest tightness,sting precordial,limb numbness,eat less,palpitation and mouth tasteless in the treatment group(P＜0.05),compared with the controlled group with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).2 Comparison of indicators of effects of lipid:the pretreatment and posttreatment of both groups had significant differences(P＜0.05),the comparison of both had no significant differences(P＞0.05);the total efficiency of treatment group was74.7%,the controlled group wad 75%,the comparison of both had significant differences(P＜0.05).3 The impact of angina pectoris of the coronary heart disease:The research collected 34 cases of patients with coronary artery disease,23 cases in the treatment group,11 in the controlled group,the total efficiency of treatment group in treating the coronary heart disease was73.5%,the controlled group wad 18.2%,both of them was very significant differences (P＜0.01);the pretreatment and posttreatment of the treatment groups had very significant differences(P＜0.01),the controlled group had significant differences(P＜0.05),both of them had significant differences(P＜0.05).4 The impact on blood pressure:the treatment group were collected 36 cases of high blood pressure,the pretreatment and posttreatment of Systolic and diastolic blood pressure had very significant difference(P＜0.01),the total effective rate of 58.3%.Conclusion:1 the Hawthorn Jiangzhi pill to improving TCM phlegm-blood-stasis Symptoms in patients with was superiorer than Xuezhikang capsule.2 the Hawthorn Jiangzhi pill has a good effect regulating serum lipid and has similar total effect as Xuezhikang capsule.3 the Hawthorn Jiangzhi pill can be effectively alleviated symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease,better than Xuezhikang capsule.4 the Hawthorn Jiangzhi pill can lower blood pressure,may affect the classification of patients with blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease... |
