| Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of tonifying spleen and tonifying kidney and removing dampness and removing blood stasis in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with hyperuricemia.Material and method: Using outpatient electronic medical record system,collected in October 2017 to June 2018,in the liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service,and was diagnosed with chronic nephritis patients with high uric acid hematic disease were retrospectively analyzed,according to the experimental study on the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,included using the foundation treatment with sodium bicarbonate,potassium chloride sand pills and ambrette capsule patients,a total of 30 cases,as control group.Included in the treatment group were 30 patients who received basic treatment with sodium bicarbonate tablets,losartan potassium tablets and spleen-tonifying,kiden-tonifying,moisture-promoting and blood-stasis prescription.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of related laboratory indexes and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.In TCM symptoms,the treatment group has 6 cases of clinical control,12 cases of remarkable effect,8 cases of effective,4 cases of ineffective,total effective.In the control group,2 cases were clinically controlled,5 cases were effective,12 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 63.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.In western medicine curative effect,the curative effect of chronic nephritis: treatment group clinical control 7 cases,remarkable effect 12 cases,effective 6 cases,ineffective 5 cases,total effective rate 83.3%;In the control group,there were 1 case of clinical control,6 cases of remarkable effect,13 cases of effective and 10 cases of ineffective.The total effective rate was 66.7%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The curative effect of hyperuricemia: in the treatment group,there were 7cases,13 cases effective,10 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 66.7%,while in the control group,there were 1 case,6 cases effective,23 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 23.33.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Huangkui capsule and spleen-invigorating kidney-invigorating dampness-removing stasis prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,signs and some experimental indexes of patients with chronic nephritis and hyperuricemia.However,the total curative effect of the treatment group(treatment group)was significantly better than that of the huangkui capsule group(control group),with significant clinical curative effect. |
