The Clinical Research Of Retain Anal Canal Epithelium And Procedure For Prolapse And Hemorrhoids In The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To evaluate a new operation procedure in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids that is not only can retain entire anal canal epithelium and anal cushions,but also protect anal function well,has less suffering,less postoperative complications and a shorter course of treatment and complication.Methods:Fourty samples are divided into two groups(n=20).The therapy group adopts retain anal canal epithelium and procedure for prolaps and hemorrhoids; the control group adopts the traditional external dissection and internal ligation. Observing and analyzing the clinical curative effect, time of operation and treatment, postoperative complications and anal canal’s perimeter before and after operation.Results:Two groups have no obvious differences in the healing rate, recurrence rate half year after operation, operation time, the happening of anal discomfort and uroschesis and breeding, and anal control of sedes (P>0.05).The course of wound healing, pain,edema and the rate of constipation are different(P<0.05).Two guoups have no anal straitness after operation,but the measure of anal canal’s perimeter before and after Operation suggests that The therapy group have no obvious change (P>0.05), and the control group grow downwards obviously (P<0.01).And remove the affect of anal canal’s perimeter before operation, the changing range of anal canal’s perimeter of therapy group is smaller than control group after operation.Conclusion:On the basis of ensure of cure rate, retain anal canal epithelium and procedure for prolaps and hemorrhoids in the treat of mixed hemorrhoids can retain entire anal canal epithelium efficiently, retain better physiological functions of anus,affect anal canal’s perimeter smally, and shorten time of wound healing and postoperative complication, and has less suffering.
