A Retrospective Study Of Yangxin Tongmai Ointment Combined With Xintong Paste On The Intervention Of Unstable Angina Pectoris (qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose:By means of Yangxintongmai ointment and Xin Tong Tie combined with coronary heart disease(unstable angina)and TCM syndrome differentiation of xiongbi disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were retrospectively studied,explore Yangxin pain ointment combined with vein Xin Tong Tie therapy on the clinical effect and application value of this kind of patient。Material and method:The Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine selected cardiovascular ward from September 2015 to September 2017 during the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of chest pain disease(Qi deficiency and blood stasis),western medicine for the diagnosis of unstable angina and in accordance with the following groups of hospitalized 186 cases,according to the hospital treatment were divided into four groups,four groups were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,A group the treatment group was treated with western medicine treatment;group B with Yangxin Tongmai oral paste;C group for the treatment of Western medicine and Xin Tong Tie application;D group of Western medicine plus Xin Tong Tie sticking Yangxin Tongmai oral paste.By consulting cases and telephone follow-up records,the TCM symptom scores,the curative effect of unstable angina pectoris,the change of electrocardiogram ST-T and the rehospitalization in six months were counted.Results:1.general information: after statistical analysis,there were no statistical differences in the general situation of the four groups before treatment,such as gender,age and the distributioof basic diseases(P > 0.05).2.,TCM symptom integral effect: the four groups were compared before and after TCM symptom scores,showing that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The contrast between the four groups before and after TCM symptom score was improved.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in group D were lower than those in the other three groups.The effective rate of TCM symptom integration between the four groups was compared.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the effective rate of group A was 72.2%,the effective rate of group B was 80.5%,the effective rate of group C was 81.3%,and the effective rate of D group was 96.3%,of which D group was higher than that of other three groups.3.unstable angina pectoris: comparison of curative effect of unstable angina between the four groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the four groups are effective,but the effective rate of angina pectoris have difference,significant efficiency compared to A group the markedly effective rate was 33.3%,the effective rate of B group58.3%,C group the markedly effective rate was 59.3%,D group the markedly effective rate was 78.2%,group D was higher than the other three groups.4.ECG: comparison of electrocardiogram curative effect between the four groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),A group the markedly effective rate was75%,the effective rate was 88.9% in B group,C group the markedly effective rate was 89.8%,D group the markedly effective rate was 90.9%,group D was higher than the other three groups.5.,the readmission rate: the four groups were compared in the hospitalization rate.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehospitalization rate in group A was55.5%,the re hospitalization rate in B was 30.6%,the rehospitalization rate in C was 22%,the rehospitalization rate in D group was 10.9%,and that in D group was lower than that in other three groups。Conclusion:1.Separate Yangxin Tongmai ointment orally or heart pain plaster can improve symptoms of TCM,and improve the curative effect of TCM symptoms,angina pectoris and electrocardiogram.Among them,the curative effect of Yangxin Tongmai ointment and heart pain plaster is more significant.2.Yangxintongmai cream and Xin Tong Tie combination can reduce the rate of hospitalization for unstable angina pectoris patients within six months,effective treatment of angina pectoris,can achieve "recurrence after cure",reflects the traditional Chinese medicine disease thought.3.Yangxin Tongmai ointment and heartache are safe in application.
