Clinical Observation Of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai Ointment On Patients With Refractory Heart Failur

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory heart failure.Methods: 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of refractory heart failure in the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure formulated and published by the cardiovascular branch of Chinese Medical Association and the Editorial Committee of Chinese Journal of cardiovascular disease in 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 people in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment of Western medicine,in which the experimental group was given basic treatment and Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment at the same time,and the control group was given basic treatment of Western medicine alone.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,routine blood and urine function,BNP and the safety of the two-week treatment group were evaluated.Using statistical software spss23.0 all data were statistically analyzed.Results: 1.General situation:before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,cardiac function,course of disease and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P > 0.05),so it was comparable.2.Heart failure score: after treatment,the heart failure score of the two groups decreased,and there were significant differences within and between groups(P <0.05),indicating that this ointment can improve the symptoms of refractory heart failure.3.NT-pro BNP: after treatment,the NT-pro BNP of the two groups decreased.Combined with the comparison within and between groups,there were significant differences(P < 0.05),indicating that this ointment can reduce NT-pro BNP.4.TCM syndrome score: according to the results summarized from the experimental data,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased before and after treatment.Combined with the comparison within and between groups,there were significant differences(P < 0.05),indicating that this ointment can improve the clinical syndrome of TCM.5.Left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end diastolic inner diameter and left ventricular end systolic inner diameter: according to the results summarized from the test data,the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end diastolic inner diameter and left ventricular end systolic inner diameter of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment.There were significant differences in combination with intra group comparison and inter group comparison(P < 0.05),indicating that this ointment can improve the left ventricular ejection fraction and Left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic internal meridian.Conclusion: the results of this experiment suggest that both the experimental group and the control group can improve the clinical efficacy indicators of elderly patients with refractory heart failure,but the experimental group can further improve the symptoms of patients.It shows that the curative effect of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment on refractory heart failure based on Western medicine is better than that of simple western medicine.It is suggested that Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai ointment combined with western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory heart failure.
