| Purpose: The aim of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Tongmai Huazhuo decoction in treating Unstable Angina Pectoris(blood stasis and phlegm turbid type)with Hyperlipidemia,and to explore a new idea and method of using TCM to treat this disease.Material and method: The relevant data of this study are all from the cases from Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Department of Cardiology Ward in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from June 2016 to December 2017.In this study,60 patients with unstable angina pectoris and hyperlipidemia who were eligible for this study were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Each group has 30 cases.The control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with western medicine(Isosorbide dinitrate 10 mg,3 times a day;Aspirin Tablets 100 mg,1 time a day;Betaloc sustained-release tablets 23.75~47.5mg,1~2 times a day)with "Tongmai Huazhuo Decoction"(Kangrentang Traditional Chinese medicine granules from the Pharmacy of Shengjing Hospital,1 bag with 100 ml warm water,2 times a day).Observe and compare the improvement of the total scores of TCM symptoms,angina pectoris grading,electrocardiogram,blood lipids;the basic vital signs and adverse reactions;liver function,renal function,myocardial enzyme spectrum,cardiac troponin and other safety indicators between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: 1.The effect of random grouping is good.There were no statistical differences(P>0.05)in sex,age,smoking history,hypertension history,diabetes history,hyperlipidemia history,angina pectoris grade,angina pectoris risk grade,total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups.2.By Ridit analysis,the differences of the total score of TCM symptom(P=0.033<0.05)and the curative effect of angina pectoris(P=0.022<0.05)in the two groups were both statistically significant.After the treatment,the total effective rate of TCM symptom integral in the treatment group was 90.0% and the total effective rate in the control group was 66.7%.At the same time,the total effective rate of angina pectoris was 90.0% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group.The above data proves that Tongmai Huazhuo decoction is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia of blood stasis and phlegm turbid type,and it is better than routine western medicine treatment.3.Ridit analysis showed that the difference of ECG(Z=-1.077,P=0.281<0.05)between the two groups was not statistically significant.After the treatment,the total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the treatment group was 56.7%,and its in the control group was 43.3%.4.After t test,the comparison of the relevant data of Blood lipid before and after treatment(P<0.01)proved that there was significant statistical difference and comparability in the two groups.The comparison(P>0.05)between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between the treatment group and the control group.Furthermore,the effect of lipid reduction in this two groups was the same.5.During the treatment,no obvious side effects were found in all patients,and the safety and tolerance of the drug were good.Conclusion: 1.Tongmai Huazhuo decoction combined with western medicine,and basic western medicine are both effective in treating Unstable Angina Pectoris(blood stasis and phlegm turbid type)with Hyperlipidemia.At the same time,compared with the basic treatment of conventional western medicine,Tongmai Huazhuo decoction combined with western medicine can improve angina pectoris attack,electrocardiogram and TCM symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis phlegm turbid type)and hyperlipidemia.It can improve the quality of life of patients.2.It is a good news for the patients that Tongmai Huazhuo decoction can improve the blood lipid of the patients with unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis phlegm turbid type)and hyperlipidemia.It has positive significance for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.3.During the trial period,the Tongmai Huazhuo decoction for patients with unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis phlegm turbid type)combined with hyperlipidemia who has taken Tongmai Huazhuo decoction did not have obvious or serious side effects.It means that Tongmai Huazhuo decoction is worthy of clinical application. |
