Research On The Medication Rule Of Famous Old Chinese Medicine Doctors In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Based On Data Mining

Purpose : To analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of functional constipation of different syndromes by using data mining techniques and formula of prescriptions,to quantify the empirical medication of famous Traditional Chinese Medicine and to find out the commonness of the old Chinese medicine in treating functional constipation And personality,for the better development and heritage of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical experience provide a reference.Method:Through the Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),from January2008 to December 2017,10 years of experience of all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of functional constipation reference literature,basic information extracted for pretreatment,the establishment of the database.Using SPSSModeler18.0 for association analysis,using SPSSStatistics19 for cluster analysis and dendrogram.Results:1.Through the analysis of the commonly used drugs and the meridian of different syndrome types of functional constipation treated by famous old Chinese medicine.73 prescriptions for the treatment of intestinal qi stagnation were extracted.The top 5 commonly used drugs were Paeonia lactiflora,bupleurum,licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala and Magnolia officinalis.According to their efficacy,there were more kinds of Qi regulating drugs,followed by Qi supplementing drugs.According to meridian classification,spleen,stomach,large intestine and liver meridian were more.The treatment of Qi Yin deficiency prescription 109,5commonly used drugs including rehmannia,Angelica sinensis,fructus cannabis,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Scrophulariae;according to the classification of functions to heat drugs and Qi drugs more,followed by Qi medicine;according to the meridian classification in the stomach,spleen,lung and colon by more.The treatment of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney prescription 69,5 commonly used drugs include angelica,Cistanche,Atractylodes,licorice,Niuxi;according to classification of functions to Yang medicine medicine more,followed by blood medicine,Qi drugs;according to the meridian points in the spleen,stomach,intestine,kidney more.There are 97 prescriptions for two asthenia of the lung and spleen deficiency.The top 5 commonly used drugs include Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,angelica,Huangqi,licorice and poria cocos.According to their efficacy,there are more kinds of Supplementing Qi drugs,followed by Liqi drugs.According to the classification of meridian,spleen,stomach,lung and large intestine are more.Treatment of hot fluid deficiency type prescription 43,5 commonly used drugs include citrus,Angelica sinensis,fructus cannabis,licorice,rhubarb;according to the classification of functions to purgative medicine more,followed by heat medicine;according to the meridian classification by the spleen and stomach,colon and lung more.2.The second and third-order association of drugs for treating different syndromes of functional constipation were analyzed by association analysis.According to the degree of support are arranged from high to low: intestinal qi stagnation type medicine group total 24groups(such as bupleurum,liquorice,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),deficiency of Qi and Yin medicine group total 122 groups(such as digitalis,Xuan Can),spleen kidney yang deficiency group total 46 groups(such as angelica,meat Cong Rong),lung and spleen deficiency group total 41 groups(such as angelica,Atractylodes),hot fluid deficiency type medicine group total 69 groups(such as Angelica sinensis,fructus cannabis).3.The high frequency drugs for different syndromes of functional constipation were analyzed and arranged by cluster analysis.The intestinal gas lag type has 5 cluster groups,there are 5clusters of Qi Yin deficiency,spleen kidney yang deficiency type 5 cluster group,lung spleen deficiency type 4 cluster group,hot fluid deficiency type has 5 cluster groups.Conclusion:A total of 391 prescribing prescriptions were collected through literature review on the treatment of functional constipation by the famous old traditional Chinese medicine.Data mining was performed on the medical records for treating functional constipation with different syndromes by using frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis,Although the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of functional constipation with the same syndrome has its own clinical experience,but in general,there is a high degree of similarity,medication such as intestinal qi stagnation to qi medicine mainly;Qi and Yin Deficiency Rejuvenation medicine,qi medicine;spleen and kidney yang-based warming yin;lung and spleen to qi deficiency-based medicine;Data mining results and basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical line,reflects the traditional Chinese medicine ideas and characteristics of medication.
