Purpose:To investigate the TCM syndromes,pathological factors,the distribution of related viscera and the application rules of classical prescriptions in gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)in recent 20 years,and to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment mode of "combination of disease and syndrome".Materials and methods: We need to analyse clinical literature on gastroesophageal reflux disease,TCM syndrome type,through the acquisition of the disease pathological factors,relevant viscera distribution,classical prescription application information in recent 20 years by retrieving CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu database to evaluate the gastroesophageal reflux disease of TCM syndrome type,pathological factors and related organs the distribution and application of classical prescriptions.Results:1.The literature of TCM Syndromes of gastroesophageal reflux disease has been increased gradually in recent 20 years.2.A total of 164 documents of TCM syndrome type were selected in recent 20 years.According to the classification standard of the syndrome type,37 kinds of TCM syndrome types were found.The distribution of TCM syndromes in the top six for the disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome(15.17%),heat stagnation of liver and stomach(13.86%),spleen and stomach deficiency(11.97%),qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation syndrome(9.24%),stomach yin deficiency syndrome(8.41%)and damp heat in the spleen and the stomach(6.28%);3.The characteristics of pathological factors of gastroesophageal reflux disease,the pathological factors are qi stagnation,heat,phlegm,dampness and blood stasis.The deficiency is mainly Qi deficiency,yin deficiency and deficiency cold.4.The incidence of gastric and esophageal reflux disease related Zang Fu organs,the five organs of the liver(23.55%)and the spleen(22.74%)have the highest frequency.5.In recent 20 years,198 articles of classical prescriptions for gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected,and a total of 37 classical prescriptions were selected.The highest in the frequency distribution of prescriptions were Banxia Xiexin decoction(18.10%)and Xuanfu Daizhe decoction(13.57%),18 of which were statistically analyzed for 41 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.Mainly including tonifying deficiency,warming,regulating qi and 8 flavors,clearing away heat,removing phlegm and 6 flavors,removing dampness,promoting blood circulation,promoting blood circulation,promoting blood circulation,promoting blood circulation,taking away food and eating one taste,reducing the adverse effect of 1 taste,and so on.The main flavor of the medicine was: bitter taste 22,Pungent 22,sweetish taste17,temperature 18,cold Li 14;the meridian was mainly spleen,stomach,lung,liver and gallbladder,and the dosage of Banxia Xiexin decoction and Xuan Fu Daizhe decoction were statistically analyzed.It was found that the dose of Pinellia ternata was not significantly different from north to south in the two sides,with 10 g in the majority.There were two grades in the south,one according to the standard of the original formula,the dose was little,and the other,as in the north,the dose was on the high side.The dosage of other drugs in the south was less than that in the north.Conclusion:1.The distribution of TCM syndromes to disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome,liver and stomach heat syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency,qi stagnation and phlegm,stomach yin deficiency,damp heat in the spleen and the stomach mainly;2.The pathological factors,qi stagnation and heat as the primary pathogenic factors,the deficiency of the spleen and stomach qi deficiency;3.In the related Zang Fu organs of GERD,the five zang organs are most prominent in the liver and spleen.4.The classical prescription application of GERD,with replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen,and descending stomach and harmonize stomach,sweet to fill,bitter and pungent to reduce is the total treatment;Banxia Xiexin decoction and Xuanfu daizhe decoction as the representative prescription,the dosages of the main Chinese medicine in the two classical prescriptions are different from the north and south,and the dosages of the traditional Chinese medicine in the south are less than the north.
