Objective:By collecting the information of four diagnoses of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),using statistical method, the distribution of TCM syndromes of GERD was summarized, and the relationship between GERD and age,sex and other factors was discussed. To summarize the characteristics of syndrome and syndrome factors of GERD,to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of GERD,to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods:To make the information questionnaire of four diagnoses of TCM in GERD,collect the general information and information of four diagnoses of patients, set up the database with Excel software, analyze the relevant factors by descriptive statistics, and explore the disease of GERD in TCM by factor analysis. To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM.Results:1.General information: 137 cases were included in this study. The ratio of male and female was 1.45: 1,the youngest was 22 years old,the maximum was 85 years old,the average age was 54.25 ±13.288 years old,and the middle age group had the largest proportion of 42.34 3.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P =0.033<0.05).2.The frequency of TCM syndromes of GERD: liver and stomach stagnation and heat syndrome(32.12%)> gallbladder heat invading stomach syndrome(18.98%)> central deficiency and qi inversing syndrome(16.79%)> qi stagnation phlegm blocking syndrome(15.33%)> spleen deficiency dampness heat syndrome(12.41%)> blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome(4.38%),each syndrome type has statistical difference(P=0.000<0.05).The distribution and sex of syndrome type. There was no statistical difference in age(P =0.512,P=0.454),there was statistical difference in the distribution of the disease course of each syndrome type(P=0.000<0.05),the course of disease of liver and stomach stagnation syndrome and gallbladder fever invading stomach syndrome was generally 1.Within years, the course of the disease was generally more than 1 year in the syndrome of deficiency of qi and obstruction of collaterals with blood stasis.3.The main clinical symptoms of GERD were as follows:acid reflux 84.67%,heartburn 78.83%,stomach-bloating 62.04%,belching 59.85%,anorexia 51.82%,dull stomachache 45.99%.stomach burning sensation39.42%,dry mouth 38.69%,foreign body sensation in pharynx 37.23%,urinal yellow 37.23%.4.The disease is located in the spleen and stomach, and is related to liver, gallbladder, lung, heart and mind. The nature of this disease is mainly qi stagnation, phlegm, dampness, heat, food accumulation, and deficiency syndrome is mainly qi deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency. Conclusion: 1.GERD were more male than women, and middle age was the main disease.2.GERD syndrome of liver and stomach stagnation was the most common type of TCM syndrome of GERD.3.The main clinical symptoms of GERD were acid reflux,heartburn,stomach-bloating,belching,anorexia,dull stomachache, stomach burning sensation, dry mouth.foreign body sensation of pharynx, urination color yellow.4.The disease is located in the spleen and stomach, and is related to liver, gallbladder, lung, heart and mind. The nature of this disease is mainly qi stagnation, phlegm, dampness, heat, food accumulation, and deficiency syndrome is mainly qi deficiency, yin deficiency and yang deficiency. |
