Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tongluo Baoshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy Of Qi Deficiency, Blood Stasis And Water Obstruction

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongluo Bao Shen Fang in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis,so as to better promote it in clinical practice.Material and method:The pathological diagnosis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy was collected from the ward and outpatient clinic of the hospital affiliated to liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2014 to November 2017 using electronic medical records.In accordance with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria formulated by the institute,Included the use of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist(ARB)joint foundation treatment,a total of 30 cases,as control group.A total of 30 patients were included in the treatment group,who were treated with ARB drugs combined with basic therapy and taking yiqi tongluo baoshen for kidney protection.The course of treatment is 6 months.Observe the symptoms and signs before and after treatment.Statistical analysis of two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptoms,24 hours urinary protein,serum albumin,triglyceride,cholesterol,quantitative fibrinogen and kidney function,liver function,blood routine,electrocardiogram and other indicators.So as to evaluate the efficacy and safety of yiqi tongluo conserving kidney prescription.Results: 1.Evaluation of the efficacy of proteinuria: the 24-hour urinary protein in the treatment group was reduced to 1.72 ±0.99 g from 3.23 ±1.34 g before the treatment,with 15 cases in effect,11 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.In the control group,the urine protein was decreased tofrom 3.15± 1.26 g to 2.19±0.98 g,among which 3 cases were effective,19 were effective and 8 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.2.Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: the TCM syndromes of the treatment group decreased from 20.10 to 2.63 before treatment to 10.07 plus or minus 2.69,among which 3 cases were effective,25 were effective,3 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%.The TCM syndromes in the control group were decreased to 12.47 ± 3.09 from 20.20±4.07 before treatment,with 0 cases in effect,21 cases effectively and 9 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 70%.Conclusion: Yiqi Tongluo Bao Shen Fang is effective in treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy due to Qi deficiency,stasis and water blocking type,so that the clinical symptoms and signs of patients are obviously improved,the curative effect is positive,and the safety is good,so it is worth promoting.
