Traditional Chinese Medicine C Ombined With Tripterysium Glycosides Treatment For Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Objective: Analysis of 48 cases of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(Idiopatllic Membranous clinical observation of the curative effect of Nehropamy, IMN). The safety and efficacy of the clinical syndrome of TCM treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tripterysium Glycosides to observe the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy, and provide reference for Chinese medicine treatment of adult IMN.Methods: From 2013 April to 2014 November were selected in the renal Department of internal medicine of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital outpatient and inpatient treatment of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy in 48 cases. To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tripterysium Glycosides treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy using randomized controlled methods of. All subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group with prednisone and cyclophosphamide treatment, and entered a period of 3 months of clinical treatment and observation, all subjects regularly before treatment, after treatment for 4 weeks, 12 weeks were evaluated in 24 h urine protein, serum albumin, serum creatinine, glomerular filtration rate, urea nitrogen, TCM syndrome score and safety index.Results: 1.comprehensive effect: treatment after March, clinical cure 1 cases, 7 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, invalid 6 cases, 1 cases of loss, the total efficiency of 70.8%; control group 1 cases were cured clinically, 8 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 66.7%, P. 0.05, there was no significant difference between the two groups of comprehensive curative effect.2.The TCM syndrome score: before treatment between the two groups had no significant difference, P>0.05, no statistically significant, the treatment group two TCM symptoms improved significantly after 3 months, the experimental group than the control group.3.The efficacy Indicator: â‘ the 24 hours Urinary protein: the two groups of urine protein were decreased after 3 months of treatment, the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference; â‘¡the Serum albumin:after 3 months of treatment were two groups of plasma albumin significantly increased, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), no significant difference between groups; â‘¢e GFR: after 3 months of treatment were two group e GFR increased, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), there was no significant difference between groups. â‘£The creatinine and urea nitrogen: two groups after 3 months of treatment, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were decreased,compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), there was no significant difference between groups.4. the drug side effects and treatment: the treatment process there are 2 cases of adverse drug reactions, 1 patients from the control group, 1 cases of femoral head necrosis, by symptomatic treatment, to inclusion in the study; 1 patients from experimental group, liver and kidney function is damaged badly, discontinuation of Tripterysium Glycosides, as cases.Conclusion:In the experimental group, traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tripterysium Glycosides can effectively reduce the patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy 24 h urinary protein, enhance plasma albumin, improve the clinical symptoms and signs; compared with the control group, +CTX hormone efficacy, and side effects of drugs, with a high clinical value, worthy of further research and exploration.
