Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tongluo Method On Patients With Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with western medicine,the clinical effect of treating patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of idiopathic membranous nephropathy was observed,and the scores of symptoms and signs of TCM before and after treatment,24 h urine protein quantification,plasma albumin,renal function index and blood lipid level were changed.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with western medicine in treating patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Using the principle of random control,collected from November 2018 to December 2019,Shijiazhuang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Nephropathy Department inpatient and outpatient patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy,TCM syndrome differentiation for qi deficiency and blood stasis type,strictly in accordance with the inclusion criteria,60 cases were selected.It was divided into routine western medicine group(control group)and integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment group(experimental group).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and flavor Buyang Huanwu decoction according to Yiqi Tongluo method on the basis of conventional western medicine,and the course of treatment was all 12 weeks.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups after treatment,the TCM symptom score before and after treatment,the 24 h urine protein quantification,plasma albumin,renal function index and the changes ofblood lipid level.Statistical analysis uses spss23.0 statistical analysis software for data processing.statistical significance when P<0.05,significant statistical significance when P<0.01.Results:1.A total of 60 patients who met the standard idiopathic membranous nephropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were included,and finally fell off 2 cases(lost visit),excluding 2 cases(observation index is not perfect),and 56 cases were actually completed.There were 29 cases in the experimental group and 27 cases in the control group.2.between the two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.10%,and the control group was 55.56%.the effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.Both groups had significant difference in the total integral of TCM symptoms and signs before and after treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the range of total integral changes between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The improvement of symptoms of burnout and fatigue,pain of lumbar spine,dark complexion,swelling,loose stools,frequent urination or nocturnal urine,fixed pain at waist and nail fault of skin was significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01).And the improvement of the symptoms of anorexia abdominal distension,the experimental group was better than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with the control group,the effect of the experimental group was significantly better in reducing proteinuria,increasing serum albumin,improving renal function and lowering blood lipid(P<0.01).5.Before and after treatment,there were no abnormal changes in the general vital signs,blood,urine,stool routine,transaminase,and electrocardiogram.Conclusion:1.For patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy,Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,with the guidance of Yiqi Tongluo method and the treatment of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction,it can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs such as burnout and fatigue,pain waist and spine,swelling and so on,and improve the quality of life of the patients.2.For patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,with the guidance of Yiqi Tongluo method,the application of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction can reduce the proteinuria of patients,increase the plasma albumin level of patients,and protect the renal function of patients,reduce blood lipids and delay the progress of the disease.3.Yiqi Tongluo method is safe and effective in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in idiopathic membranous nephropathy.4.Application of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Tang Yiqi Tongluo combined with conventional western medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of IMN.
