With the irreversible trend of population aging,China’s elderly care business and elderly care industry are booming. In order to meet the diversified needs of the elderly, the combination of medical and nursing care has emerged as a continuous social nursing care model that integrates medical care, nursing care and rehabilitation. As the main provider of professional elderly care, the combination of medical and nursing care not only meets the requirements of the times, but also satisfies the needs of the elderly. However,in the process of development, the development of China’s medical and health care integration mostly shows an imbalance between supply and demand. However, how to scientifically evaluate this imbalance, find out the key factors of development imbalance,so as to break the shackles of supply and demand of social elderly care brought by the imbalance, still needs further exploration.Based on this, this paper takes Chongqing city as the research object and explores the coordination of supply and demand in the development of health care integration from the perspective of dual examination of supply and demand, using technical methods such as entropy TOPSIS analysis, coupled coordination degree model and least squares regression model. This paper first analyzes the current situation of demand and supply of medical and nursing care integration services for the elderly population in Chongqing under the background of aging. It is found that there are large spatial differences in the health level, residence pattern and elderly care choices of the elderly population in Chongqing, which show heterogeneity of demand in different regions.Among them,Northeast Chongqing >Southeast Chongqing > Main City New Area > Central City. There is also spatial heterogeneity in the supply capacity of medical and nursing care combination, which shows that central urban area > main city new area > northeast Chongqing > southeast Chongqing. It is concluded that there is an obvious mismatch between the overall service supply and demand level in the region, and the macro mediation of government policies and relevant planning is needed to realize the coordinated development of medical and nursing care services.Based on the analysis of the current level of supply and demand, this paper further researches the coordination of supply and demand of combined medical and nursing services in each region of Chongqing through the coupled coordination model, and finds that the coordination of supply and demand of combined medical and nursing services in Chongqing is not satisfactory, and the whole is on the verge of disorder, and the disorder is mainly in the form of oversupply and oversupply. The results of the investigation on the factors influencing the coordination of supply and demand of combined medical and health care services in each region show that the coordination of supply and demand of combined medical and health care services in Chongqing is influenced by the population health level, the trend of population aging, the spatial distance from medical and administrative institutions, the degree of development of regional elderly services, and the level of development of regional medical services. The demand-side influences such as population health level and population age structure are slightly less critical to the level of supply-demand coordination than the service supply level, both in terms of coefficients and significance. Therefore, the quality improvement, service improvement and overall control on the supply side are more important for the development of elderly services in Chongqing. Finally, this paper proposes to strengthen the policy control and implementation of regional service supply and demand, deepen the knowledge of the spatial distribution pattern of elderly service facilities, adjust and optimize the combination, improve the spatial layout of combined medical and nursing services, coordinate the location planning and quality construction of combined medical and nursing institutions, and extend the "medical and health personnel" to the aging industry to solve the current situation of talent shortage.
