Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Qufeng Ningfei San In The Treatment Of Children With Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Ningfei Powder(experimental group)in treating children with cough variant asthma(CVA),which is caused by wind pathogens,and to compare it with that of montelukast sodium tablet combined with procaterol hydrochloride tablet(control group).Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Ningfei Powder in the treatment of children’s CVA objectively,to provide a basis for clinical promotion and application,to provide a new treatment method for children’s cough variant asthma,and to solve the related problems caused by repeated attacks of children’s CVA and long-term use of hormones.Methods:Referring to the diagnostic criteria of cough variant asthma in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Prevention of Children’s Bronchial Asthma in 2016 edition,the cough chapter of Practical Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the diagnostic criteria of apoplexy-induced lung syndrome in the Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Children’s Cough Variant Asthma,children with cough variant asthma and wind-induced lung syndrome were included in this study.The subjects who met the requirements were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group according to the ratio of 1:1.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets combined with procaterol hydrochloride tablets,while the experimental group was treated with Qufeng Ningfei powder Decoction-free granules for 14 days.Before treatment,on the 7th day of treatment,on the 14th day of treatment and on the 1st month after the end of treatment,the two groups were collected for TCM syndrome integrals.Finally,by comparing the TCM syndrome integrals of the two groups,the disease changes of the children were understood,and the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Ningfei Powder in the treatment of children’s CVA was evaluated.Result:1.Comparisons of symptom scores between the two groups:before and after treatment,the total score of symptoms,the main symptoms and the individual scores of each symptoms decreased and there were statistical differences(P<0.05),indicating that Qufeng Ningfei San,Montelukast Sodium Tablets and Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablets could improve cough frequency,cough degree,sputum,runny nose,sneeze in children with CVA,and dispel them.The curative effect of Fengningfei Powder is better than that of montelukast sodium tablet combined with procaterol hydrochloride tablet.2.Efficiency comparison:After one month of treatment,33 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.0%(32/33),32 cases in the control group,1 case was cured,18 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 84.4%(27/32).There was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).It shows that the total effective rate of Qufeng Ningfei Powder in the treatment of children with CVA wind pathogenic fufei syndrome is better than that of montelukast sodium tablet and procaterol hydrochloride tablet.Conclusion:1.Qufeng Ningfei Powder has good clinical efficacy in treating children with cough variant asthma with wind-evil-causing lung syndrome.It can effectively alleviate the degree of cough,reduce the number of coughs,and alleviate the symptoms of cough,nasal obstruction,runny nose and sneezing.2.Compared with montelukast sodium tablets and procaterol hydrochloride tablets,Qufeng Ningfei powder has more advantages in treating children with cough variant asthma with wind-pathogenic lung syndrome and improving the frequency and degree of cough,dry throat or itching symptoms.3.Qufeng Ningfei Powder can not only effectively improve the main clinical symptoms of children with cough variant asthma as a whole,but also improve the quality of life of children with cough variant asthma.4.Cough variant asthma can be treated by wind pathogens.Qufeng Ningfei Powder has better clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.
