| Objective:1. To evaluate the quality of clinical research using Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions or Patent Prescriptions guided by clearing heat and eliminating phlegm method in treatment of childhood mycoplasma pneumonia and find the core compatibility of Traditional Chinese Medicine.2.To evaluate the efficacy of Qinfeikangzhi Decoction in treatment of childhood mycoplasma pneumonia with the syndrome of phlegm heat obstruction in lung, so as to provide an effective treatment method for clinical treatment.Methods:1.Domestic clinical research literature using Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions or Patent Prescriptions guided by clearing heat and eliminating phlegm method in treatment of childhood mycoplasma pneumonia in past15years were retrieved. Then the included studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were evaluated and core compatibility of Chinese medicinein treatment childhood mycoplasma pneumonia were summarized.2.60hospitalized mycoplasma pneumonia children with the syndrome of phlegm heat obstruction in lung were included and were divided in into treatment group and control group randomly. The control group treated with Azithromycin and Tanreqing injection and the treatment group used the same treatment except Qingfeikangzhi decoction was added. The intervention periodwas7days and symptomatic treatment was used if necessary.Results:1.70included clinical studies had low quality. Since there was no homogeneity(P>0.10) in these63studies using clearing heat and eliminating phlegm method combined with Azithromycin in treatment of childhood mycoplasma pneumonia, the fixed effect model was used. Meta analysis shows that the difference was statistically significant (OR:4.70,95%CI:[3.81,5J9],P<0.01);7literature used clearing heat and eliminating phlegm TCM alone (homogeneity test analysis P>0.10), Meta analysis showed the difference was statistically significant(OR:3.48,95%CI:[2.02,5.97], P<0.01);70literature with the treatment of clearing heat and eliminating phlegm or combined with azithromycin in pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia, the homogeneity test analysis p>0.10, the reis homogeneity in literature,so use the fixed effect model, the results was OR:4.53,95%CI:[3.73,5.50], the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01). It shows that clearing heat and eliminating phlegm or combined with azithromycin intreatment of childhood mycoplasma pneumonia had better efficacy than Azithromycin alone.2.The efficacy rate of treatment group(100%)was higher than control group(96.7%) and was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group is better than control group; For the primary symptoms improve mentand some secondary symptoms improvement such as complexion, appetite, capacity fo reating, and tongue signs, the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05), while for other secondary symptoms improvement (the spirit, purple thirst),2group shows no differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. The results above showed that Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions or Patent Prescriptions guided by clearing heat and eliminating phlegm method combined with Azithromycin in treatment of childhood mycoplasma pneumonia was effective. However, the quality of clinical literature were low and publication bias existed which may affect the reliability of the conclusion.2. Qingfeikangzhi decoction combined with Azithromycin in treatment of childhood mycoplasma pneumonia is feasible and effective. |
