Objective:To explore the advantages of ultramicroneedle knife closure lysis in the treatment of residual symptoms after Intervertebral foramen surgery.Method:Select the 70 cases of patients with residual symptoms after lumbar intervertebral foramen surgery in the second orthopedics of Pinggu Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018,70 patients were grouped into treatment group of 35 patients and a control group of 30 cases.Treatment group and the control group of patients in the two groups of gender, disease duration, age were statistically not significant, comparable. The treatment group received ultramicroneedle knife closed lysis treatment as Control group were taking rehabilitation training,Continuous treatment for 12 weeks. Before and after treatment using the VAS visual pain score,Low back pain JOA score,Oswestry dysfunction index, and the MacNab excellent rate as the observed indicators. Results:Ultramicroneedle knife treatment group and rehabilitation training group in improving curative effect after intervertebral foramen are both effective(P<0.01),VAS score,JOA score and ODI index improved in both groups(P<0.01).And the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01).the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 84.5%,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultramicroneedle knife closure lysis is effective in the treatment of residual symptoms after lumbar intervertebral foramen surgery.Ultramicroneedle knife closure lysis has the advantages of simple operation, small trauma and long-lasting effect,it is an effective traditional Chinese medicine therapy. It’s worthy of clinical promotion. |
