The Effect Of Jianpi Shugan Decoction On The Treatment Of Anal Sinusitis With Spleen Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective:Anal sinusitis is one of the common diseases in anorectal department,mainly featuring anal pain,anal bulge,anal itching,dampness and other discomforts.Its recurrent attacks would further cause other diseases of the perianal.Accompanied with analsinusitis,most patients often has psychological problems,such as nxiety,depression and so on.In contemporary society,although the treatment methods of anal sinusitis are various,the result is not as effective as Chinese medicine retention:enema treatment-Through the absorption of medicine in the rec tal mucosa,the usage of medicine can be maximized.Syndrome differentiation helps to improve the curative effect and prevent recurrence.this study is to validate whether the treatment is ef fective or not.Methods:Randomized controlled trial(RCT)was taken in this study.Patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency anal sinusitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Before that,the self-rating anxiety scale should be filled out by above patients.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Recipe(invigotating spleen and soothing liiver)to retain the enema.The following traditional Chinese medicine were used:Astragalus,A tractylodes,Chenpi,Bupleurum,Angelica,Mantle,Silk,Cork,Licoruce.Here is how do they work:1)Dissolve the traditional Chinese medicine granules in 50ml of water.2)Use the enema to inject the traditional Chinese medicine into the rectum when the temperature reaches 37℃,once in the morning and evening.The control group was treated with Puji Acne embolization anal,once in the morning and evening.The treatment period is 28 days.The symptoms of the 2 groups were evaluated by comparing the treatment group and the control group on the 14th day,the 28th day and the end of the treatment period.After the treatment,SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data to evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema reten tion in the treatment of spleen-deficiency and liver-stagnation anal sinusiti is so as to provide a better treatment for it.Result:A total of 70 cases were completed,in which 35 cases were respectively treated bo th in the treatment group and the control group.Before the treatment,following aspects were compared in each group:gender,age,duration and symptoms.The differences were comparable a and not statistically significant.The research data is as follows:(1)Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups:Among the 35 patients in the treatment group,15 were cured;16 were markedly effective and 4 were effective.The effective rate was 100%.Among the 35 patients in the control group,8 were cured;14 were markedly effective and 7 were effective.The effective rate was 82.86%.The overall efficacy of the two groups was compared and the differences were statistically significant.(2)Distribution of symptoms in the two groups:The symptoms of the two groups were significantly different from each other after their treatments and 1 month of withdrawal(P<0.05).The method used by the treatment group is much more better than the other group in terms of improving anus and preventing from recurrence.(3)There is no significant correlation between the degree of anxiety and depression and the severity of anal symptoms.Conclusion:This study showed that the treatment group using Jianpi Shugan Recipe to retain enema was better than the control group Jianpi Shugan Recipe is easy to operate and has no toxic or side effects,which can be wildly used for the treatment of anal sinusitis caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
