Objective:To observe the effect of nourishing Yin and helping Yang and relieving depression method combined with vitamin E on endometrial receptivity, anxiety and depression in RIF patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,so as to provide new ideas and methods for clinical improvement of endometrial receptivity and related adverse emotions. Methods:according to the method of random number table,48 subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,24 cases in each group. The control group took vitamin E soft capsule,100mg at a time, twice a day,and took it continuously during menstrual period for three menstrual cycles. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine for nourishing Yin and helping Yang and relieving depression for three menstrual cycles in sequence. The changes of syndrome score, serum hormone(E2,P),endometrial transvaginal ultrasound index(thickness, volume, type,VI,FI,VFI),SAS score and SDS score were compared before and after treatment.Result:①23 cases were finally enrolled in the observation group and 22 cases in the control group.②After treatment, the score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms in the observation group was 91.3%,and the therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms in the control group was 18.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).③After treatment, the serum E2 and P in the middle luteal phase of the observation group were higher than those before(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group was higher(P<0.05).④In the observation group, the endometrial thickness in the middle luteal phase, the number of cases of type A+B endometrium,VI,FI and VFI were all improved after treatment(P<0.05);The endometrial volume of the observation group increased after treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).⑤The SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01);SDS score was lower than before, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:the sequential treatment of Chinese medicine for nourishing Yin and helping Yang and relieving depression combined with vitamin E can improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency and liver depression in RIF patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression, improve the level of serum E2 and P in the middle luteal phase, improve the endometrial receptivity in the middle luteal phase, and improve the anxiety,it can also improve the depression.
