Based On Data Mining Technology, Professor Dong Xiangyu's Experience In Treating Stomach Pain Is Summarized

Objective:This subject uses Auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine(V2.5),to discover and summarize the prescriptions by professor Dong Xiangyu which diagnose and heal the patients suffered from stomachache.To analyze the experience of Professor Dong in the treatment of stomachache,and to provide new prescription for the treatment of spleen and stomach disease.At the same time,to inherit and carry forward the old Chinese medicine experience.Method:Collecting prescriptions of patients suffered from stomachache and treated by Professor Dong,arrange the cases,enter the cases into TCM inheritance system,analyze cases and prescriptions.Result:We collect 750 standard patients,1258 in total,useing 122 traditional Chinese medicines.And we can come to the following conclusion with case and prescription analyses by using the system.(1)Among the 750 patients,there are 480 women cases,270 men cases.Women verses Men is 1.78:1.The youngest patient is 10 years old,while the oldest patient is 96.The most patients are 40-69 years old.(2)Among the 122 traditional Chinese medicine,the ranking before 12 are,liquorice,Rhizoma Corydalis,scutellaria baicalensis,radix paeoniae alba,Pinellia ternata,poria cocos,angelica sinensis,Szechwan Chinaberry fruit,radix bupleuri,rhizome cyperi,fructus aurantii.In the medicine,there are 8 of them can tonifying and regulating Qi.(3)Among these traditional Chinese medicine,the nature and flavor worked hard are the most,and Professor frequently select four drugs to treat spleen and stomach.(4)couplet medicines in common use:Rhizoma Corydalis、liquorice,liquorice、Radix paeoniae alba,scutellaria baicalensis、liquorice,Rhizoma Corydalis、scutellaria baicalensis,Rhizoma Corydalis、Radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata、liquorice,rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata,scutellaria baicalensis、Rhizoma Corydalis、liquorice、Radix paeoniae alba,Rhizoma Corydalis、scutellaria baicalensis、liquorice,scutellaria baicalensis、Radix paeoniae alba.(5)Total extract seven prescriptions:①fructus forsythiae、rhizoma corydalis、semen raphani、rhizoma acori graminei、pueraria lobata、prunella vulgaris.②fructus forsythiae、lonicera japonica、cortex moutan、fructus arctii.③fry zizyphus jujube benevolence,polygala szechwan chinaberry fruit、fructus jujubae、radix pseudostellariae④fry malt、medicated leaven、grain sprout、salvia miltiorrhiza bunge、codonopsis pilosula.⑤fry malt、cassia twig、astragalus membranaceus、Fructus Jujubae⑥fructus auranti、folia perillae acutae、Immature Bitter Orange、radix bupleuri⑦dendrobium nobile、rhizoma pinellinae praeparata、poria cocos、dried rehmannia root、radix ophiopogonis、officinalis subsp、fructus auranti、radix bupleuri.Conclusion:1.Professor Dong Xiangyu has abundant experience,and she has her own view on pathogenesis,pathogen stress and treatment of digestive system.We need to discover,inherit and carry forward consistently.2.From this research,we can make summerise that which of the prescription can be used as basic prescriptions for treating stomachache.And the basic prescriptions can be used as modified treatment to heal stomachache patients.3.The main new herbs calculated by unsupervised hierarchical clustering is mainly based on phlegm dampness,reinforcing spleen to promote digestion,Relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver.Its coherent with the principal of Professor using to treat stomach.4.But the value of extracting new prescription to use as clinic treatment needs to be further textual researched.Some of results are not coincidence with clinic experience,which reminding us if the software or the design of analyzing can be improved or not.5.At the same time,this research also summarize the new herbs that we didn’t know,and offered new ideas for future research on Dong’s experience.
