Objective: To compare the differences in the quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)in different medical models(outpatient mode,hospital model and home model),and to analyze the reasons for the differences.This paper discusses the ways to improve the function of patients’ quality of life in the field of medical model.Its empirical research provides a reference and advice on the perfection and advancement of health care policies.Methods: The first part of the study with the literature research on advanced non-small cell lung cancer medical treatment of the status quo.The second part of the three groups of comparative studies were conducted use of investigative research on advanced non-small cell lung cancer in patients of quality of life were compared.The study was selected 164 patients with advanced NSCLC in Sichuan Provincial Tumor Hospital and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital who meet the inclusion criteria from April 2016 to November 2016.According to the difference between their treatment model divided into hospital group,outpatient group and home group.For patients with hospitalization mode,choose to communicate with the patient one day prior to discharge,explain the investigation to the patients and their families,and send the questionnaire after the patient is informed and agreed.For patients with outpatient mode,questionnaires were issued to whom were treated regularly.For the data collection of home mode,first to interview when patients come to see a doctor.The questionnaires were filled if the physical condition in line with the admission criteria and keep home mode over 2 months before treatment,and the disease did not progress.All patients were asked to complete the general questionnaire and the EORTC QLQ-LC43 scale.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.In the description of the basic situation,the age of the respondents is expressed as the mean ± standard deviation,and the remaining count data is expressed as a percentage.The comparison between three groups of each item in the EORTC QLQ-LC43 scale.Any inter-group pairwise comparison when there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups.The entry is expressed as a rank average.The analytical method was based on the rank sum test of the grade data,and the test level was α = 0.05.Results: The symptoms of fatigue and nausea and vomiting in the home group were better than those in the outpatient and inpatient groups.The pain and shortness of breath in the outpatient group were significantly more severe than in the home group.Patients with symptoms of constipation in the hospital group were also significantly more severe than the other two groups.Patients with symptoms of alopecia in the outpatient group were better than the other two groups.The symptoms of the arm and shoulder pain in the outpatient group were significantly worse than those in the home group.The symptoms of pain with the other parts of the patient in the home group were better than the other two groups.In general,the quality of life in the home group is higher.The somatic function,the role function and the social function of the home group are better than the outpatient group and the hospital group.The cognitive function of the hospital group was significantly worse than that of the outpatient group and the home group.Suggestion: The change of modern medical model should pay attention to the psychological,social needs and feelings of patients,respect for the patient’s life value;It is necessary to carry out hospice care;To promote the improvement of classification system is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
