Study On The Use Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Information System Signed By General Practitioners

Objectives:In recent years,with the deepening of medical and health system reform and the extensive application of information technology,people’s demand for health services continues to increase,which puts forward higher requirements for community medical and health institutions to improve service ability and general practitioners to improve work efficiency.Based on the technology acceptance model,Expectation Confirmation model,social cognitive theory and perceived risk theory,this study studies the factors that affect the willingness of general practitioners to continue to use the contract information system,so as to provide reference for better general practitioner service in Q city.Methods:Questionnaire survey was carried out in Beihe District,including the perception of health service in Beihe District,gender,service quality,service quality,service quality in Beihe district The relationship between residents’ willingness to continue using health app and their willingness to continue using health app was constructed.Spss20.0 and mplus8.4 software were used for data collation and statistical analysis.Literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical research were used to verify the relationship between variables in the model.Results:In this study,214 valid data were statistically analyzed.The proportion of female,age of 30-35 years,bachelor’s degree and more than 10 years of working experience was relatively large.Reliability,validity test and structural equation model analysis were carried out on the questionnaire data.The results of structural equation model fitting showed that: chisq / DF value was 2.111,GFI value was 0.972,RMSEA value was 0.022,CFI value was 0.022 995,the fitting degree of the model is good.The results of path analysis show that perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,service quality,Expectation Confirmation and self-efficacy positively affect satisfaction,and satisfaction positively affects residents’ willingness to continue using health app.Conclusions:At present,Q City family doctor contract service is still in the exploration stage,residents’ health app has not been fully popularized and applied.Weshould strengthen the propaganda,strengthen the training and guidance of family doctors,and improve the medical service ability of family doctors.The government increased funding and policy support to promote the wide use of app.
