Comparison Of Clinical Efficacy Of Small Needle Knife Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate Perfusion In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate perfusion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to provide new ideas and clinical basis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with the method of random number table.There were 0 cases of abscission,60 cases of effective cases,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate perfusion,while the control group was treated with simple sodium hyaluronate perfusion.The two groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment.The curative effect was compared after 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The total effective rate was evaluated by the total score of WOMAC scale before and after the evaluation of pain,stiffness and daily activities.The curative effect was evaluated before and after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed..Results 1.There was no significant difference in total WOMAC score and individual score(pain,stiffness,degree of daily activity)between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),they were comparable.2.After 3 courses of treatment,the total WOMAC score and individual scores(pain,stiffness,degree of daily activity)of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.01).3.After three courses of treatment,there were significant differences in WOMAC total score and individual score(pain,stiffness,degree of daily activity score)between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate perfusion is better than that of sodium hyaluronate alone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
