Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Chaiqin Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Bronchiectasis And Infection With Phlegm-heat And Lung Retention Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effect of the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome,WBC,CRP and PCT of Adding Chaiqin Wendan decoction in the treatment of brochiectasis differentiated as syndrome of pullegm-heat obstructing lung.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of decoction to bronchiectasis,and provide clinicalevidence for the clinical application and further promotion of this prescriptions.Methods: Collected 72 csses according with the diagnostic criteria from The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,then randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,36 cases in each one.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The treatment group was based on western medicine adding Chaiqin Wendan decoction,10 days as one session.The clinical symptom,sign,WBC,CRP,PCT before and after treatment as well as clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups.Results:1.The clinical curative of Adding Chaiqin Wendan decoction treating brochiectasis differentiated as syndrome of pullegm-heat obstructing lung is distinct.The total efficiency of the clinical efficacy of the treatment group(94.28%)higher than that the control group(85.71%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Adding Chaiqin Wendan decoction can significantly relieve the TCM symptoms of brochiectasis differentiated as syndrome of pullegm-heat obstructing lung,and the treatment goup is obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).3.The two groups were all decreased WBC,the content changers before and after treatment was statistically signifigant(P<0.05).Comparison the two groups after treatment,the treatment groups is distinctly better than the extent of the content of serum WBC the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The two groups were all reduced the content of serum CRP,before and after treatment was statistically signifigant(P<0.05).Comparison the two groups after treatment,the treatment groups is better than the extent of the content of serum CRP in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.The two groups were all declined PCT,the content changers before and aftertreatment was statistically signifigant(P<0.05).Comparison the two groups,the treatment groups is better than the extent of the content of serum PCT the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.There was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Adding Chaiqin Wendan decoction treating brochiectasis differentiated as syndrome of pullegm-heat obstructing lung of clinical curative effect is remarkable.It can obviously improve the TCM symptoms,reduce blood inflammatory marks,and control the infection.
