| Objective:to evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of poststroke depression by using meta-analysis.Methods:through the computer retrieval PubMed,CNKI、Wanfang、VIP database, time from building to in July 2017,the collection for modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction compared with positive drug or blank control group published clinical randomized controlled trials for the treatment of poststroke depression, according to the quality of RCT evaluation modified Jadad scale of into the literature evaluation standard of quality evaluation, use RevMan 5.3 statistics software to carry on the Meta analysis, evaluation for modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction clinical curative effect for the treatment of poststroke depression.Result:12 literatures were included in this study,A total of 1123 patients were included in this study.1.In terms of overall efficacy:The overall clinical curative effect of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction with post-stroke depression is better than that of western medicine. The combination of OR= 3.33,95%CI =[2.38,4.67],P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.2..In terms of In improving HAMD scores:The treatment of HAMD score in patients with post-stroke depression was better than that in the control group, and the combined SMD =-3.24,95%CI=[-4.64,-1.82],P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.3.In terms of In improving NFDS scores:There was no significant difference in the improvement of NFDS score between the five groups in the treatment of post stroke depression, and the combined SMD=-2.55,95%CI=[-5.50,-0.40],P =0.09>0.05,and The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Studies have showed that that The effect of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the treatment of PSD and the improvement of HAMD score were better than those of conventional western medicine, but the improvement of NFDS score was not significantly different from that of Western medicine, multicenter, large sample and follow-up time enough high-quality RCT in order to increase the strength of the evidence. |
