| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Huayu Jiedu soup and hydroxyurea in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of primary thrombocythemia(ET),evaluate its efficacy and safety in the treatment of primary thrombocythemia,and provide effective prescriptions for clinical and experimental research.Method:All 34 cases of ET patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the principle of random parallel control.The treatment group and the control group were 17 cases each.In the observation process,4 cases were eliminated because of the patients who had not been treated and examined.The effective cases were finally obtained in 15 cases in the treatment group and 15 in the control group.The control group was treated with hydroxyurea,while the treatment group was treated with Huayu Jiedu Decoction and Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 6 weeks.To observe the improvement of the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome in the two groups,to calculate the onset time and effective duration,to determine the level of the blood platelet count in the peripheral blood and the drop of the megakaryocyte count in the two groups before and after the treatment,and to calculate the cumulative use of the two groups of hydroxyurea.Results:(1)comparison of the curative effect: the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.30% after 6 weeks,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.70%,and the clinical efficiency of the two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05);the two group was compared with the TCM syndrome curative effect,the total effective rate of the improvement of the syndrome score of the treatment group was 93.30%,the control group syndrome product was 93.30%.The total effective rate of the improvement was 60%.There were statistical differences between the two groups in the improvement of TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).The difference of platelet count before and after treatment in the two groups wasstatistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference of platelet count decline between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Two groups of bone marrow megakaryocyte count before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the two groups after the treatment of bone marrow megakaryocyte count comparison,no statistical significance(P>0.05);the two groups before and after the treatment of TCM symptom score comparison,the test was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group and the control group in the face of the test There was significant difference in the onset time of the bed effect(P<0.05),but the treatment group and the control group had significant difference(P<0.05)in the duration of the onset.The comparison between the treatment group and the control group on the cumulative use of hydroxyurea was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the adverse reaction and safety comparison: the two groups of cases.No serious adverse reactions were found in both of them.There were no obvious abnormalities in two stool,renal function,myocardial enzyme spectrum and electrocardiogram.In the control group,mild anemia and abnormal liver function were found in the treatment process,but there was no obvious abnormality in the treatment group.Conclusion:1.The combination of Huayu Jiedu Decoction and hydroxyurea combined with hydroxyurea in treatment of ET has a fast onset time,long duration,and is effective,safe and effective.2.Combined treatment of Huayu Jiedu Decoction and hydroxyurea can significantly reduce the level of bone marrow megakaryocyte and peripheral platelet count,and achieve stable condition.3.The combined treatment of Huayu Jiedu Decoction and hydroxyurea can achieve synergistic effect,reduce the cumulative use of hydroxyurea,reduce the toxic and side effects of hydroxyurea,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life. |
