| Objective1.Use the technology of data mining to explore the syndrome features of essential thrombocythemia(ET)with retrospective study,in order to provide reference for the treatment of ET with traditional Chinese medicine.2.Use the technology of data mining to discussing the TCM characteristic of Professor Yang hongyong for the treatment of ET,excavate its clinical medication rule,summarize professor Yang hongyong’s academic experience on the treatment of ET and inherit his academic thoughts.MethodsStudy Ⅰ:Choose 163 patients with ET,who treated in the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine or Guangdong hospital of traditional Chinese medicine since January 2013 to December 2018,collect clinical data,establish database,and summarize ET’s symptoms characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine by descriptive statistics and factor analysis with statistical software.Study Ⅱ:Choose the ET cases who saw Doctor Yang in the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine since June 2017 to December 2018,a total of 31 people,254 prescriptions,collect clinical data,establish database and summarize the herb rules of professor Yang hongyong in the treatment of ET by descriptive statistics and faetor analysis with statistical software.ResultsStudy Ⅰ:1.General data analysis:among the 163 patients,69 were male and 94 female,with a male-female ratio of 0.73:1 and an average age of 57.31 years old,2.Tongue image analysis:the tongue with the highest frequency was dark red,followed by light dark;the tongue coating with the highest frequency was moss thin white,followed by moss yellow greasy and moss white greasy;in tongue shape,petechiae and sublingual varicose veins are common.Symptom analysis:symptoms with a frequency of more than 20%were,in order,fatigue,purple lips,tingling,dizziness,dizziness,headache,dry throat,dry mouth,numbness in hands and feet,poor sleep,soft waist and knee,joint pain,five upset heat,depression,good anger,eating less than nerveless.3.Exploratory factor analysis:the first common factor reflects the characteristics of Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The second common factor reflects the characteristics of liver meridian heat retention syndrome.The third male factor reflects the characteristics of the syndrome of blood stasis,and the fourth male factor reflects the characteristics of the syndrome of spleen deficiency.The fifth common factor reflects the characteristics of kidney deficiency syndrome.Study Ⅱ:1.There were 31 cases,13 males and 18 females,the ratio of male to female was 0.72:1,and the average age was 50.94 years old.The average number of visits was 8.16.The average number of herbal prescriptions was 13.4.2.There are 121 kinds of single traditional Chinese medicine,and 24 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of more than 20%are commonly used.The dosage is usually 10-20g.3.According to the classification of TCM efficacy,the herbs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis were used the most,followed by heat-clearing herbs.According to the classification of traditional Chinese medicine guijing,guigan meridian of the drug use of the most frequent;According to the classification of traditional Chinese medicine,cold herbs are the most frequently used.According to the classification of five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,bitter medicine is the most used,followed by acrid medicine.4.Association rules showed 16 pairs of common herbs,including 7 pairs of binomial associations,8 pairs of three associations,and 1 pair of four associations.Conelusion1.It is preliminarily believed that the syndrome of blood stasis runs through the whole ourse of the disease,and Yin deficiency and blood stasis and liver meridian heat retention are the main symptoms of primary thrombocytopenia,which may be accompanied by spleen qi deficiency and kidney deficiency.2.The herbs were mainly treated by invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis herbs and antipyretic herbs,which were consistent with the theory of syndrome differentiation related to ET.3.Summarize 8 pairs of common herbs of professor Yang hongyong used in the treatment of ET,which is of guiding significance for clinical medication. |
