The Hexi Corridor is a major thoroughfare on the Silk Road and a microcosm of Gansu's resource status,ecological conditions and economic development.Not only that,the Hexi Corridor region is also an important ecological barrier and strategic security barrier in Gansu and the western region.It plays an important role in the country's ecological security,regional stability,social prosperity,national unity and border stability.The unique economic status and ecological characteristics of the Hexi Corridor determine the importance and value of the ecological environment in the Hexi Corridor.However,due to the harsh natural environment of the Hexi Corridor,the ecological environment is complex and fragile,the contradiction between economic and social development and nature protection is prominent,and the government ecology The governance is not standardized,and the effect of governance is not obvious.Therefore,the environmental protection and ecological governance of the Hexi Corridor is not optimistic.Under the background of new contradictions in the new era of socialism,the theory of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics has been continuously developed,especially the latest theoretical understanding of the construction of ecological civilization by General Secretary Xi Jinping,which has become the guiding ideology for solving the problem of ecological governance in China,in order to solve the Hexi Corridor ecological issues provide direction and ideas.This paper introduces the ecological value,ecological characteristics and ecological crisis faced by the Hexi Corridor,and from the ecological protection and industrial development,the current environmental protection laws and regulations,ecological management institutions and nature reserves,and the government's ecological governance system.And the five main aspects of governance methods and governance methods,the status quo of the ecological governance of the Hexi Corridor government has been sorted out and evaluated.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the government's ecological governance in the Hexi Corridor,including the deviation of the government's development concept,the inconsistency between the local and central ecological policies,the memory development projects in the protected areas,the inconsistency of regional government ecological governance,and the unsatisfactory ecological management effects.On this basis,this paper summarizes the causes of government ecological governance into five aspects:government ecological governance behavior is affected by economic interests,local government ecological governance policies are not standardized,government behavior lacks effective supervision,government ecological governance cooperation mechanism is not smooth,and the means of ecological governance are single.Aiming at the many problems in the government governance of Hexi Corridor,this paper is based on China's ecological civilization theory and Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought in the context of the new era,and proposes the ecological governance path of the Hexi Corridor.At the conceptual level,the government should change the traditional concept of political achievements,establish a green development concept,and implement the core values of ecological civilization in the new era in the development of economic and social development;in the aspect of ecological governance policy system,we must strengthen the awareness of the government's rule of law,strengthen policy enforcement,and improve In the aspect of ecological content supervision,ecological protection should be taken as the main content to enhance the welfare of people's livelihood,establish the government's ecological governance responsibility and supervision system,and effectively ensure the ecological rights and ecological appeals of the people;in the government's cooperative governance,the government Guided by the "Five Development Concepts",we should strengthen cooperation awareness and build an open,coordinated and shared government cooperative governance model;in terms of governance subjects and governance methods,the government should play the role of technology and publicity and education,enrich the way of ecological governance,and build at the same time The ecological governance model involving multiple entities has achieved a fundamental improvement in the ecological environment in the Hexi Corridor.
