As strengthening of integration trend of global economy,market and competition,especially the enhancement of China's economic strength and Chinese enterprises'competition confidence,more and more Chinese enterprises are trying to break the restrictions of domestic operating or obtaining overseas orders and selling products to the other countries.These enterprises set their sights to foreign market and even global market,and start the internationalization and globalization process from resources and market to capital,talents and R&D.In the aspect of contracting foreign projects,Chinese enterprises obtained impressive achievements.In 2016,turnover of contracting foreign projects of Chinese enterprises reached $159.4 billion,which ranked the first around the world.Under the guidance of domestic policies and the opportunity of consistent and active demand from foreign markets,many Chinese enterprises aim at overseas market one after another.These enterprises participated in international market competition with multinational enterprises through overseas listing,acquisition,project contracting and other ways,and have achieved impressive performances.Shandong Hi-Speed also realizes the significance of overseas market for future development of the group.However,even Shandong Hi-Speed has devoted many efforts to exploiting international market,the overseas business has not formed scale.Some large multinational enterprises adopt the way of actively participate in international cooperation and competition,arranging global resources in rational way,striving to create global competitive edges and deeply tapping the development potentials.However,most incomes of Shandong Hi-Speed are gained from domestic infrastructure investment.In 2016,incomes from foreign business only accounted for about 8%of the total operating revenue of Shandong Hi-Speed;therefore,its industrial structure requires for adjustment and optimization.Besides,along with the development of more marketized and opened economic globalization,business development of Shandong Hi-Speed is facing more and more challenges from the aspects of cost,human resources,management and technology.The only way is to win market shares and achieving technology developing capacity through rational allocation of resources,thus creating new development space.In the enterprise development strategy and planning,Shandong Hi-Speed proposes that the internationalization level must reach 30%-50%until 2020,which brings great pressure of exploiting overseas market.This thesis researches the international strategy selection and competition of Shandong Hi-Speed by combining current domestic and overseas economic situations and development situation of international contracting project at overseas market;by aiming at expanding and strengthening international contracting project market of Shandong Hi-Speed at overseas;by taking cultivating new business increasing points of Shandong Hi-Speed as the starting point;and by constructing international strategy theoretical analysis framework.Hope that this thesis would be used as references for some domestic infrastructure construction enterprises to "going out".
