Study On The Evaluation Of The Competitiveness Of The Pharmaceutical Industry Cluster In Tonghua

Tonghua city of Jilin province is one of the important gathering areas of pharmaceutical industry in China.It is also the only two city in the country named "China Pharmaceutical city".Since the implementation of the pharmaceutical city in 1995,Tonghua has achieved great leap forward development of the pharmaceutical industry with its unique regional advantages,and has gone out of a distinctive development of the pharmaceutical industry.In 2016,the output value of Jilin pharmaceutical industry was 212 billion 880 million yuan,an increase of 9.9% over the same period last year.The added value increased by 57 billion 220 million yuan,an increase of 11.8%.The growth rate has been leading for ten consecutive years in the whole province,and has made an important contribution to the steady economic growth.However,in the rapid development of Tonghua's pharmaceutical industry,it still faces such problems as low industrial relevancy,lack of large leading enterprises,low specialization,lack of innovation capability,and limited policy and implementation.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of Tonghua pharmaceutical industry clusters,and based on the division model of the research on Industrial Competitiveness,selects 15 factors influencing the construction of Tonghua's pharmaceutical industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system set.According to the principles of practicality,scientificity,systematicness,comparability and qualitative and quantitative combination,the competitiveness of Tonghua pharmaceutical industry cluster is analyzed.First,the scale and index of Tonghua's pharmaceutical industry is relatively low.second,the pharmaceutical industry in Tonghua lack of technical support in the development process,to a greater degree of dependence on original resources or brand.Third,competition in the market environment and related policies,the existence of the pharmaceutical industry of Tonghua city personnel,technology,brand outflow phenomenon is serious.Through the analysis of the effect of Tonghua pharmaceutical industrial cluster support policy development,there is a positive effect that related policy on the one hand,has played a vital role in promoting,and play the government policy goal oriented,to reinforce the development of pharmaceutical industry cluster based on a certain extent,in the capital,labor market,etc.provide support.But on the other hand,the relevant policy also has a negative side,which does not form a policy or a combination of policy tools to perfect single target oriented,not the lack of long-term strategic planning,the development of the pharmaceutical industry to enable enterprises to easily on existing resources to form a highly dependent problem.Through the research and analysis of the above problems,we give the corresponding policy recommendations: first,the government should have the prospective development of the pharmaceutical industry;second,pay attention to train third high level medical talents to enhance the technological innovation capability of the enterprises,to develop a complete implementation of the policy evaluation mechanism.The pharmaceutical industry in Tonghua has a bright future,but the problems in its development can not be ignored,main factors from the effect of industry agglomeration Agglomeration Competitiveness Analysis,and pay close attention to the status,to ensure the stability of the main factors,and explore the new cluster factors inject fresh vitality.
