Research On Knowledge Service Model Of Think Tank Regional Alliance From The Perspective Of Knowledge Overflow Dynamic

With the continuous improvement of Chinese people's cultural level,the public's desire for suggestions and suggestions on social and economic development and construction has become increasingly strong,but it is difficult for the public to participate in the communication and cooperation between relatively traditional and closed think tank.At present,there is a problem of low resource utilization level in the construction of regional alliance of think tank,and the service quality is in urgent need of improvement.Many scholars have realized the close relationship between the construction of regional alliance of think tank and knowledge service,and the knowledge service level will be an important standard to measure the construction of regional alliance of think tank.Overflow dynamic perspective based on the knowledge,is the reverse knowledge overflow dynamic process as the main line,to build knowledge overflow dynamic perspective,a think tank regional knowledge service model,analysis the knowledge overflow think tank,the knowledge service of the regions under dynamic perspective,the service content of various modules.Finally,the union actual case analysis,Hunan Think Tank Alliance put forward the knowledge overflow dynamic perspective for think tank alliance knowledge service optimization suggestions in Hunan Province.This paper includes the following contents:(1)Theoretical basis of knowledge service of think tank regional alliance from the perspective of knowledge overflow dynamic.Starting from the related concepts and theoretical basis of think tank regional alliance,think tank regional alliance knowledge service and think tank regional alliance knowledge spillover,this paper analyzes the advantages of think tank alliance knowledge service from the perspective of knowledge overflow dynamic.(2)Knowledge service model analysis of think tank regional alliances from the perspective of knowledge overflow dynamic.Through the think tank,the influence factors of regional alliance knowledge overflow dynamic analysis,the think tank in regional alliance system knowledge overflow is the reverse process of analysis,summed up the problems existing in the current,a think tank,the knowledge service of the regions,and the knowledge overflow think tank under dynamic perspective,the knowledge service demand analysis of the regions,for the following knowledge overflow think tank under dynamic perspective,the construction of the knowledge service model of the regions.(3)Knowledge service model construction of think tank regional alliance from the perspective of knowledge overflow dynamic.Firstly,the general framework of the model is introduced,which is mainly divided into knowledge resource reserve accumulation module,demand module,knowledge flow module and innovation service module.Then,the paperanalyzes the four modules of knowledge service model of think tank regional alliance from the perspective of knowledge overflow dynamic.Finally,from the perspective of the overall environment of think tank regional alliance,it focuses on realizing the knowledge value-added of innovative service modules in the knowledge service process of think tank regional alliance.(4)In Hunan Think Tank Alliance as an example to analyze its existing knowledge service,briefly introduced the background and development situation,the Hunan Think Tank Alliance analysis of current status of Hunan Think Tank Alliance knowledge service,and according to this article constructed the knowledge overflow think tank under dynamic perspective,regional alliance knowledge service model to Hunan Think Tank Alliance knowledge service optimization suggestions.To construct knowledge overflow dynamic angle of view in this paper,the knowledge service of regional alliance of think tank model,help to improve the current problems existing in the think tank,the knowledge service of the regions,effectively integrate think tank,knowledge resources,thereby improving the quality of the knowledge service of the regions,a think tank,conform to the requirements of the current construction and development,a think tank,is advantageous to the think tank,the future construction and development of the regions.
