Research On The Innovation Model Of Collaborative Knowledge Service In Think Tank Alliance

With the country's continuous attention to the construction of new think tanks,the cause of think tanks in China has been widely concerned and developed rapidly,and the scientific and democratic decision-making of government needs think tanks more.In recent years,think tank alliances have developed rapidly.Think tank alliances pool knowledge resources from different think tanks,enhance exchanges and cooperation among think tanks,realize resource sharing and complementary advantages,give play to the synergistic advantages of think tank research,and provide high-quality policy Suggestions for government decision-making and industry development.In this paper,knowledge service of think tank alliance is investigated through questionnaire survey method.Combined with website survey and literature analysis,it is realized that knowledge service of think tank alliance involves knowledge exchange and sharing,think tank cooperative innovation,achievement transformation and achievement dissemination,which is a process of coordination,coordination and progress.Based on the analysis of knowledge service and existing problems of think tank alliance,the necessity of collaborative knowledge service mode of think tank alliance is clarified.It is pointed out that the collaborative knowledge service mode of think tank alliance,including the exchange and sharing among think tanks,knowledge innovation,achievement transformation and achievement dissemination,reflects the synergy of knowledge service approaches and service objects.At the same time,it points out that the collaborative knowledge service mode of think tank alliance needs the exchange and cooperation system of think tank,the leading role of relevant government agencies,the quality of member institutions of the alliance and the guarantee mechanism of technical support.
