Research On The Construction Of Asean Information Resources In University Libraries Oriented To Think Tank Services

With the establishment of China-ASEAN comprehensive strategic partnership and the official entry into force of RCEP,ASEAN think tanks,which study issues such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the construction of a China-ASEAN community of shared destiny,play an increasingly important role in national development strategies.This study firstly interprets and analyzes the ASEAN information resources needs of think tanks from the national overall strategic level,the research institute level and the researcher level,and summarizes the needs of ASEAN information resources for think tank services.Then,combined with the statistics of ASEAN information resources in the National University Libraries Joint Catalogue and related network research,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of ASEAN information resources construction for think tank services.Finally,according to the current demand for ASEAN resources and the existing problems in the construction,the resource construction strategies are proposed to establish a national level ASEAN information resource guarantee system for think tank services,to improve the co-construction and sharing mechanism of resources for think tank services,to pay attention to ASEAN network resources and open data for think tank services,to build and strengthen the organization and reconstruction of ASEAN information resources oriented to think tank services and to increase the promotion of ASEAN information resources oriented to think tank services.
