The stage development process of emotion observation variety is closely related to the economic and social development process of our country.As a cultural product,it is the single economy and her economy under the action of the product,is the mass media accurately grasp the needs of the audience and the media market changes.In essence,emotional observation variety is still the discourse practice of consumerism culture and the product of collusion between consumerism and mass media.Emotional observation variety shows the typical characteristics of consumerism.The first,emotion,privacy as the content of consumption.The video camera records the life and love of stars all day,and makes the details of their lives public on the screen,blurring the boundaries between private and public fields.The second is to take the onlookers as the form of consumption.The setting of the program "observation room" encourages the audience to observe,comment and reason about other people's life and love trends.The observation becomes a form of consumption in which the public participates together.In the snooping on the lives of others,the audience has achieved both physical and psychological pleasure.The third,the class of real consumption scenarios.The happiness scene presented is actually a simulated environment,in order to make the audience pay for the multiple symbolic meanings created by the program.Emotional observation variety shows are like a double-edged sword.On the one hand,its substitute observation perspective makes the audience and guests perfect empathy.In addition,for the whole variety market,the emergence of emotional observation variety makes up for the content vacancy under the strict policy,and the emotional observation variety becomes the mainstream of the industry.At the same time,the program takes the social background as the starting point,focuses on the social hot spot phenomenon,and plays the educational function of the mass media,which plays a positive role in the value guidance during the transformation period.On the other hand,the emotional observation variety show exchanges the attention of the audience with privacy goods.The originally closed privacy door is opened,and the audience's privacy psychology is enlarged.Over time,the audience immersed in the pleasure of peeping,and privacy awareness is gradually weakened.What's more the emotional observation class has fallen into homogenization,and the audience has been surrounded by similar information,which inevitably produces visual fatigue.In the future,in order to get out of the confinement of homogeneity and stand out in the fierce market competition,emotional observation variety must start from three aspects: observation sample,observation perspective and observation theme,deeply excavate the social significance of the program,and create a high-quality program brand.In addition,flexible policies,a virtuous market environment and professional journalist provide a solid guarantee for emotional observation variety to get out of the mistakes of consumerism.
