The broadband signal high-speed acquisition and transmission system is an important part of test system such as radar detection,precise guidance of missiles,and 5G communication networks.It is also a key and difficult point of research in related fields.Research on key technology of broadband signal high-speed acquisition and transmission system is carried out based on broadband analog signal acquisition and high-speed optical fiber communication in this paper,which has important research significance and application value.Xilinx's Kintex-7 series FPGA was used as the control core,and key technologies such as high-speed analog-to-digital converter technology,optical fiber communication transmission technology and computer extended transmission technology were mainly focused on in this paper.First,TI's high-speed analog-to-digital converter was used as an analog signal acquisition device.The JESD204 B interface reception logic including the physical layer,data link layer,and transmission layer was independently designed according to the JESD204 B protocol specification,and analog signal conditioning circuit and digital interface output circuit were designed to achieve broadband analog signal acquisition.Secondly,the SFP + optical module was selected to build the underlying hardware circuit of high-speed optical fiber communication,and combined with Xilinx's Aurora 64 B / 66 B open data transmission protocol and related IP core logic to achieve long-distance optical fiber transmission of collected data.Then,the high-speed computer system interconnection bus protocol PCI-Express 2.0 was used,and Xilinx's XDMA IP core logic was used to complete the DMA data transmission based on the PCI-Express bus,so that the collected and received data could be uploaded to the computer equipment for observation and analysis with the host computer.Finally,a complete test program was developed and a system test platform was built.Through the internal signal data capture of the system and the analysis of the data received by the host computer,the system's analog signal acquisition and fiber optic signal transmission and reception functions were verified.The test results showed that the system design of this subject could achieve analog signal acquisition and reception with 370 MSPS sampling rate and single channel data transmission rate of 7.4Gbps,and optical fiber signal transmission and reception with the maximum transmission rate of 10 Gbps.Its performance was good and stability,and had certain engineering application value.
