With the development of modern wireless communication technology and microelectronics technology,software radio is widely used in satellite,radar,civil wireless communication,remote sensing detection and other fields,so the demand for IF signal acquisition in software radio system is expanding.In addition,PXIe bus,as an extension of PCIe bus in the field of instruments,is widely used in modular instruments because of its high speed,high efficiency and high reliability.Therefore,to meet the needs of IF signal acquisition,this paper develops an IF signal acquisition and processing module based on PXIe to complete the acquisition,processing,transmission and storage of IF signal.Firstly,according to the function and technical index of IF signal acquisition and processing module,this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the system and introduces and analyzes the related theories.In the hardware design,IF signal acquisition and processing module uses Xilinx K7 series FPGA as the main control chip,and ADC chip AD9690 and clock chip AD9524 are selected to complete data acquisition.Signal conditioning circuit is composed of digital step attenuator HMC540 and operational amplifier LMH6554.Using DDR3 SDRAM to realize high speed data cache,and the pxie interface is used to connect the board and the upper computer to realize high-speed data transmission.In the logic design,the high data receiving module uses the JESD204 B IP core to receive the sampling data sent by the ADC.The signal processing module completes the digital down conversion of sampling data.The high-speed data cache module uses the MIG IP core to complete the read-write logic design of DDR3 SDRAM.The high-speed data transmission module uses XDMA IP core to complete the PIO reading and writing of commands and DMA transmission of data.In the software design,Win Driver,Visual Studio and QT are used to design the board driver and upper computer,and the upper computer control board is used for data acquisition and transmission.Through the above software and hardware design,the development of IF signal acquisition and processing module is completed.In the end of this paper,IF signal acquisition and processing module is tested systematically.The test results show that the board can achieve data acquisition,processing,transmission and storage,and it meets the technical requirements.
