Study On The Influence Of OLED Key Technology To Emission Spectrum

In the production process of OLED displays,the error due to the fluctuation of equipment and control systems,will lead to the emission spectrum oled displays changes,the products will be relatively poor performance consistency.Therefore requires a detailed understanding and knowledge of each more critical production processes for products emitted spectra of,determine the process allows an error range;need to confirm the uniformity of needs of each functional layer of control in how kind of a range can guarantee product performance consistency sex;when the product outside the permitted range of color coordinates in question need to find links;to understand the scope of how kind of process by adjusting the spectral shift ean be adjusted back to the need.The purpose of this project is for my unit's top-emitting OLED display,in-depth study of the anode structure,the organic layer structure,doping concentration,sealing structure,the combined effects of the radio spectrum on the color filter layer,hoping to effectively guide the production,reveal the device structure and with an emission spectrum of relations of production processes and devices to shorten the test time,test material cost savings,reduce troubleshooting time process;but also for future product structure optimization,improve light output efficiency to increase brightness and reduce power consumption,increase life expectancy foundation,the subject has a positive theoretical significance and great practical value.Through this study materials and structural systems for OLED microdisplays its emission spectrum of the research can reveal each process on the emission spectrum of the impact and changes in the law.By studying this subject we can establish a set of empirical methods to stabilize the process and guide the production,research and development of new structures,research laid the foundation for future production and research and development.
